The furniture was very old and extremely uncomfortable! We were there to rest as we are care givers to a parent. When we are able to get away it is important for us to relax and rest. The furniture made this impossible.

Resort is a great place. The accommodations were what we were looking for.

There was no stove in the room. After talking with the neighbor we looked for and found the cook top but with only one day left it didn’t get any use.

It’s a great location. The bed was firm and clean. The room had extra covers and pillows. The fact that the water park and skiing was included was a great plus. The back deck was nice overlooking the snow covered woods. I liked how it felt secluded even with a neighbor.

The rooms were dated and needed repair and updating. Requested a move immediately and was moved to a better, recently refurbished room. Unfortunately, the new rooms had two full bathrooms but only one shower. Had to take a tub bath every night in the first floor master. It was not easy and it wasted a lot of water.

Location was nice and close to the key attractions.

Furniture needs updated but still in good condition. Electronics are outdated, 2023 and no usb ports, tv’s are not connected to the internet and there are no streaming capabilities.

The pull out sofa in the villa was not in good shape and needs to be replaced. The mattress and frame for the bed are sagging and very uncomfortable.

The way I had a confirmation from Booking.com.com as to what I paid for. It was not what I got.

Well, to begin with, you said in the confirmation letter that I had a 2 bedroom villa with 2 pull out sofas. We actually had a 2 bedroom villa with 1 pull out sofa. We called the front desk, and they said that booking.com sent the reservations as to what we were given. I guess I thought I was getting what I reserved and paid for. Guess not

We went into our villa and it was not ready. Linens and towels were everywhere. Went back to the check in place and received new keys to a different villa. That villa was clean. However, the TV reception wasn't good in the living room and there were no batteries in the remotes in the bedroom. Tried to call down to the front desk and the phone did not work. Went out to purchase the batteries myself. Other than that the villa was good.

I reserved 2 beds, for 2 girls and one boy. Only one bed. After we climbed those 2 flights of stairs with toys and luggage, we didn’t want to carry everything back down the steps. The steps were too much for us. Plus, none of the televisions worked.

The indoor pools close at 7pm and rec centers at 9. The beds in the rooms need replacing, the fridge wasn't cooling good and the freezer not freezing. The light out front was out, so it was dark in front of our room. The go karts closed at 5 instead of 7 as stated on the website. The breakfast buffet didn't have waffles as stated on the online menu. The icing on the cake was on the last morning of our stay, a maid or someone used their key and opened our door while my wife and I were naked in the bed. Yes, we should have had the deadbolt lock locked, but your staff should know not to enter a room until a person has checked out.

The facilities had a lot to offer, however everything closes pretty early. The scenery is beautiful and the room was a great size. The water pressure in the showers was great as well.

check in process . I feel there is a more efficient way to check ppl in after a long trip . when I specifically asked questions about the indoor pull the associate said oh “ this is the pool you will use “ that pool was closed * check in was late / check out is at 1000.

For most things you did not have to go far. I recommend the recreation area . my condo was so nice , it was definitely housed a large party comfortably . I recommend shopping , having groceries etc upon arrival. they had everything you needed to cook etc .

-the lower level was extremely cold with no adjustment of temperature. the hvac system didn’t work in the lower level. my son wasn’t comfortable at all -there’s no shower in the main level bathroom plus the tub was leaking

I took my mom there for several days. My mom has back problems, heart problems, and hip problems. They did not explain it to us when we checked in but they put us in a unit with 37 steps going down 4 different levels. It was really hard for my mom. I had to lug all our things down the steps. At night the steps were not lighted which is not safe. Inside the unit the carpets were old, stained, and dirty. We saw trash and leftover snacks from the previous guests under the piece of furniture that the TV sat on. The front door also hit that piece of furniture when opened, and it was scraping the finish off. The window shades were broken and dirty and mismatched. The white curtain on the patio door was dirty. The bottom of the shower curtain was dirty. The refrigerator opened the wrong way and was awkward to use. The walls were stained in places with marks and dirty handprints. The place really needs renovation. The refrigerator and microwave were very outdated. The microwave was up so high that shorter people have trouble reaching it and not able to see the item inside.

the rooms are old and run down and the directions to our room in the dark and snow were absolutely terrible. and we had no power our last day there.

the amount of things to do was amazing. and the cost for activities wasn’t bad.

Walls are too thin. We felt like if we were sharing our condo with the people below us. All was clearly heard! Their yelling and loud tv was on all night. Perhaps more strict rules on noise control would help. We didn't sleep (including our kids) the last two nights, which affected our mood and energy for activities. The furniture in the room was old. Including the curtains. They had a buildup of dust. Our fireplace didn't work. Rug needed to be shampooed. Some updates could be done.

Location was good. We were close to many attractions.
