The neighbor was unacceptably nosy. He shined his phone's flashlight (maybe videoing us?) into our lanai on the first night we were staying there.

The bonus lanai on the side was excellent for stargazing!

Decor slightly tired. Quite expensive

Location great as opposite shops and on beach front. Excellent views. Felt like we could jump off the verandah and into the water. Kitchen bedroom and bathroom well equipped.

It would be nice if there was an ice machine. Other than that, all was great !

The location itself doesn't have breakfast but the hotel next door did and it was very god. Also, there is at least one restaurant within easy walking distance. The location right on the water, overlooking the channel is why we try to choose Maui Kai. We saw many whales.

The view from the balcony was amazing. Property is directly on the shoreline. Lots of sea turtles and whales wherever you looked. The studio room was very roomy and comfortable.

The building itself is a bit dated and the pool isn't much but we didn't need it with the great location right on the beach.

The view from our Junior Suite unit was incredible. Perfect sunset views over the ocean and we spotted a number of whales while sitting on the lanai.

Some of the staff members were not polite and lacked professionalism in handling management issues. During our stay, we had to switch rooms for some reason and were assured assistance with the process. However, no help was provided, and we were not even reminded about the room switch on the scheduled day. Fortunately, we hadn’t left early that morning, or the situation could have been more inconvenient.

1. The View from balcony is amazing, all the rooms are ocean facing. We saw many whales and turtles from our patio. 2. Rooms are very spacious with all the kitchen fittings. 3. Location of the condos are perfect. Close to many supermarket and decent restaurants.

Our unit was on the ground/1st floor and we could easily chat with people walking by. So privacy was not optimal. To be fair there were absolutely no issues regarding this.

The view was awesome! Our unit was well stocked with all the essentials. We were within walking distance of a market, literally 10 minutes away, so we did not need to rent a car.

Nothing was bad by any means, it’s just an older property. Would have loved a keurig coffee maker only because I’ve forgotten how to make decent brewed coffee 😂

It was a well furnished, clean, beachfront condo, very quiet and private with a breathtaking view of the ocean, within walking distance to grocery, restaurants and entertainment.

The room door did not always latch when closed so had to be slammed extra hard else door would just open with the regular strong winds through the door hallway. One ceiling panel in bathroom was loose and sometimes lifted with airflow. Aircon was unsteady even after maintenance. Close to a grocery store but need car to go to any other shops or venues. A bit of cooking oil would help to be available in the kitchen for short stays. Bed was not great

Stayed on the eighth floor, the direct ocean view is amazing! So great for spotting turtles right below in the water. Packed full of beach items and well stocked kitchen amenities. Pool was spotless and cabana area very well stocked with facilities and entertainment options

Wifi did not work the entire trip.

Location is great, close to restaurants, grocery stores, great beach in front of the hotel, plenty parking, very clean, very well equipped rooms. We had all we need to cook, and really enjoyed barbecuing by the pool.

Price was high but felt it was worth it compared to other options. Bit tricky without a car but Uber was easy.

This is a really relaxing place to stay. The sound of the ocean lulls you to sleep. The balcony has a beautiful view and we saw turtles swimming by! You can walk to local food trucks, supermarket and other resorts with restaurants. The boardwalk is close by. My daughter loved the pool and everyone was very friendly.
