Reviews of Maui-LICIOUS by the Beach

This booking was my families save and grace. We were there on vacation for both our sons bday ( which is the same week, days apart) on the day of our flight there was a tsunami warning on the island and our flight first got delayed and then hours later got cancelled. We were able to book this condo literally last minute. Yvonne the host was easily accessible even 11:30 at night. We initially had trouble getting the door code but that was no fault of the host. She fixed it immediately. The condo was very clean and had all the Amenities and then some which was very convenient. The labels and instructions for the Murphy bed were very helpful. The location of the condo was close to everything we needed. Definitely highly recommend.

What a fabulous place to stay in Kihei! It was prefect for my husband and 2 teen boys. The unit is in a great location. It was clean and the best stocked unit we have rented. Basics such as coffee and condiments were available which made cooking so easy. Plenty of dishes, cooking utensils and really anything we needed to make a meal at home. We also loved that there were beach towels, and 2 body boards available to use as well 2 beach chairs. It was great to not have to go buy/rent for short term use. We LOVED the long table on the balcony - such a perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. It essentially extends the useful space of the unit. The owners were super helpful and responded quickly with the few questions we had. We would certainly stay again! And the wall mural - beautiful and a highlight of the unit. Highly recommend! (Also great beach right across the street and Kihei Cafe a few blocks down the road!)

Literally everything

Jerome & Yvonne's place is fantastic, a space thought out in every detail, lovely decoration, and very well equipped. Impeccable cleanliness. The location is excellent as well, with easy access to the beach and close to Kihei's restaurants and shops. Communication with the hosts is easy and fast. Highly recommend!

Location is walking distance to several shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants and bars. There is a busy main road but the condo is set back enough that you don't hear much. Easy access to the highway for getting to all the sights and Charley Young State Park is right across the street with a beautiful beach for swimming. Host have equipped the unit with EVERYTHING you could possibly need to cook, sleep, and frolic comfortably.

If you have to find the security office, it's in building 1 - it's not listed on any map for some reason. Main road is a little dark at night so you'll want to bring light or reflective clothing if you intend to walk.

Really comfortable - even the food down bed ! Really appreciated the water filter jug - saved us so much So close to the beach and food places Quiet - particularly for such a complex

Awesome location, lots of neat "feel at home touches" accidentally left my AirPods in the apartment and the owners of the property were super friendly about it and went out of there way to give them back to us. Thanks Guys!
