The condo itself has everything you need, but you shouldn't expect too much, it has normal wear and tear which in itself would be fine but we thought did not reflect the price we paid (e.g. broken/hard to use bug screens, broken stove plate, holes/dents in the wall, dishwasher door falling open, etc.) and the complex while well maintained is old. The complex is right across a beach and can easily be accessed with a crosswalk, the condo itself is in the very farthest building from the street though so it's still a little schlepp While the main bed was very comfortable the pull-out was the opposite and the reviews seem skewed as apparently you get a gift for leaving a 10/10 review

Great king-size bed, wonderful shower (removable shower head!) with great water pressure, condo has everything you would need for a beach vacation (including sand toys, pool noodles, cooler, etc.) There is both a Keurig (bring pods, there is no coffee to get you started) and a regular filter coffee (filters were provided)

Room 2119 had problems with toilet. At times when a toilet was flushed in above levels ours would bubble up and water would come out on to toilet seat and floor

This isn't specific to this condo, but Maui is a pricey destination and it's difficult to book a budget vacation in Hawaii. With today's prices it's very reasonable to consider alternative tropical destinations. Pricing could be more transparent (fees, taxes, cleaning, etc.) but again, that isn't specific to this unit.

Check in process was simple. The property manager was available the day of with short notice to help resolve check in questions. The complex is clean and centrally located in Kihei with walkable beaches and restaurants. The room was larger than expected and the unit would be very comfortable for an extended stay with a full kitchen and washer/dryer.

The check in time could, have been bit earlier like 2.00 PM instead of 4.00 PM .

Clean comfy aprtment with all facilities and close to Kamole beach across the road. The host kept coffee, sugar, all utensils for small cooking , microwave, big fridge , toaster , large TV -and everything works perfectly. It is ideal for families with privacy and located right across the beach. Even beach chairs are kept in the closet for use .. Would stay again if I travel to Maui

Pans Teflon peeling and mismatched, barely any silverware/knife set. Old linens, old flat over used pillows, stains on chair/couch cushions. Plug outlets not all functional, especially next to bed, not able to use lamp or plug phone in next to me. Limited toilet paper, not enough for full stay. Thought I was staying at Maui Vista? Should have taken photos to share here unit 230
