Coffee pot had old coffee left in it and it was moldy. Had issue with the key opening the door it was sticking and we thought we wouldn’t be able to get back into the apartment. Not much of a view at all.

We had a minor issue with the shower draining. It was repaired and working within the same day. The staff was very prompt in fixing it. The swimming pool was also closed so that was a bummer especially it being a reason we booked there.

We were told the pool was out of commision & "maybe" would be up & running but never was. That was very disappointing 😞 It would have been nice to have been offered a discount or even a small gift card for restaurant

Overall it was a warm & comfortable atmosphere. The staff was friendly & made Great restaurant suggestions we really enjoyed. The location was Close to the beach, quiet , yet busy enough you could enjoy yourself with things to walk to like the park.

Drainage of condensing water in air conditioners is external and leaks around the building. Air conditioners look very old and are located at every balcony. And they are noisy. Balcony floor not always has proper slope, so you can see some shallow pool on balcony floor. Not all electric power sockets are functional. The number of them is insufficient especially with nowadays charging needs and cpap machines. External cold water facility for washing down sand on the way from beach to room does not have any (privacy) walls at all and needs the penetrating (grating) floor for sand and water to easily go down. Looks like water quality in internal pool is below par: water is not transparent at all and you cannot see signs of it's movement supposing it has to be constantly filtered.

Location is excellent, beds are comfortable and spacious. Condo has all necessary things to stay. There is pretty nice recreation area on 2nd floor with ping-pong table, chess tables,, etc. Personnell is very friendly. Parking is located beneath the 2nd floor, so your vehicle rests in shadow, parking spots' number is sufficient for everybody.

The pool is indoors, and just ok, but this is very minor to us. It is so close to the beach that this is not a deal breaker at all.

The location- very close to the beach and in North OC. The condos are spacious with a full kitchen, living room, and a bedroom with two double beds. The pull out sofa in the living room is a great option for additional guests. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

Not really comfortable for 5 adults. Didn't receive the code to open the door after hours. Asked to wipe down kitchen counters, but didn't provide a sponge to do that.

The bed had some hairs in it so we didn’t sleep on the one bed. Also we was only left one trash bag and had to go get more . The bedroom tv or lamp didn’t work

I didn't really like that several big Screen TV boxes were blocking the door to the apartment. I mentioned it to the management and I thought the boxes would be moved, but they did not get moved. That's all that I didn't like.

The place was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. It was a nice change from a traditional hotel suite. It was spacious which I loved.

On the third day of our stay workers came into our apartment to fix the sprinkler on the balkony. But we have been forewarned by the staff a day before and the two workers left our apartment after 15 minutes.

Our TVs were not connecting to WiFi. Therefore we needed help. I will say the owner of the building was very helpful and hooked our tv up with a wifi booster. But had we not said anything we would not have had tv service. Thank you building owner!
