The room was clean, the facilities are very nice. The swimming pool tiny and comfy, perfect for a refreshing moment at the end of the day. The bar and the reception full of nice little game and surprise all availble for the guests to let you have a family fun night.

It was a little noisy because so close to I-10.

the staff were warm and welcoming. The free cold beer (or wine) on arrival was just the ticket! The swimming pool was open until 11 and very, very pretty and nice and relaxing to swim in, with cool murals all around. The breakfast oatmeal bar included all sorts of condiments to add to your oatmeal like pecans, walnuts, almonds, raisins, dried cherries, dried cranberries, banana chips, cinnamon and nutmeg, brown sugar, chocolate chips, granola, sunflower seeds, chia seeds - absolutely the best and healthiest hotel breakfast I've ever seen. And great coffee with half and half, too! And dog friendly!!

The only downside, like all older designs is the window air conditioning. They are all inherently noisy. But the management doesn't disappoint! They have even thought of offering earplugs upon request. How cool is that?

Where do I begin? There is so much to like about this hotel. The McCoys Hotel is not unlike a resort. The ambience is cozy, with nostalgia in every view. Every surface of each wall is a work of art. The rooms are super clean, modernized, and have a 55 or 65" Roku TV in each room. Parking is like a typical motel, right outside your room. The coffee was delicious and the unique Oatmeal Breakfast Bar, which includes fresh fruit, Pop-Tarts (with toaster), and a variety of every imaginable topping for the Oatmeal. A Zen Zone for families that provides outdoor activities like Connect 4, foosball, and ping pong. Indoors there is a spacious dining room that is also a playroom for board games. The outdoor pool was occupied and very inviting. For those who wish to imbibe, there is a bar serving many different craft beers and wines. But there is also coffee and tea, and they offer almond milk as an additional cream substitute. The location is perfect, right off the I-10 near I-19. After 41 years of traveling and hotel stays, from 2-5 stars, I've never felt the need to share about my experience in any other hotel. This one is guaranteed not to disappoint you.

Close to rt 10 so a bit of road noise could have been a problem for some tho my hearing is not good so it did not bother me. I bought a glass of white wine but could not finish it; not tasty.

Cute place, like the availability of coffee, tea, and the coffee was good. The breakfast offering of oatmeal with all the fixings was fun and yummy. I am gluten free so could not enjoy the toasted cheese sandwiches on offer but cool for others. There was a group of Irish musicians there in the back room holding an informal musical gathering which was fun.

I absolutely love the retro vibe. The staff were all personable and friendly. If you like boutique hotels this is a great experience. The room was so cute, comfy and clean. The beds and pillows were so comfortable as well. The property was very quiet. We checked out the pool but didn’t want to swim because of some lightening. For breakfast we had the oatmeal bar and it was so delicious. The details here were so fun and uplifting. We will definitely come back!

Though I am grateful for the A/C, it was really loud. Definitely not an ambient noise. We could not hear each other talk from bathroom to bed and had to turn volume up high on TV to hear it. Adjusting the A/C power did not adjust the noise.

Honestly, nothing! We had a great experience all around.

The stay was great! Hands down, the best beds we’ve ever slept on—and we travel a lot. Everything was so clean and well-maintained. We also loved the unique art on the walls; it gave the entire property such a fun, welcoming vibe.
