Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe only reason I did not give this hotel a 10, is the giant display of the ten commandments, and the proselytizing literature and displays everywhere. Plus, if you are there to attend to your child at ACU, it's not the best location as it's across town from campus.
First off, the staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and took great care of us during our stay. The room was clean, well kept up, and the beds were very comfortable, even the foldout couch. There are multiple nice amenities at the hotel such as billiards, a hot tub, and the staff was very helpful in suggesting activities around town, such as mini golf, local museums, and recommendations on where to eat. Breakfast every morning was great, more than you usually find with a free hotel breakfast, such as freshly made eggs to order. And happy hour each evening included free drinks that were served up by a great bartender with a generous hand. ;) All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel. It is much more affordable than the establishments that are right next to ACU.

United StatesI can't say there was anything that I did not like about the resort. It was Texas in July and they had no control over the heat. But the accommodations were fully air conditioned and comfortable in every area of the hotel Plus they have a great indoor pool
This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was wonderful. And extremely helpful in every way. I would absolutely recommend this resort to families and large groups for all of their travel needs.

United StatesAsk for a suite not facing Ridgemont Drive. Hearing normal traffic wasn’t bad, bud there was always some motorcycles and pickup trucks with loud exhausts. Made it difficult to stay asleep.
We liked everything about the property. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The rooms were large and the breakfast was outstanding. The indoor pool was wonderful. The complimentary drinks were a plus. The restaurant had good food and friendly service.

United StatesMaybe I'm nitpicking, but the corners in the room/bathroom on the floor did have some light debris. As if the floors were cleaned but the corners neglected.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, and exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself was very nice, the room spacious and an excellent value. The A/C in the room worked very well and kept it nice and cool. Lots of available parking at the hotel and a good location overall, surprisingly quiet during the evening hours.

United StatesThere was mold in the shower, the light is the restroom had a constant flicker and had to get someone to take the light bulb for it to stop. The TV did not turn on even after un plugging and plugging back in and the room temperature was hot upon entry.
Breakfast was alright, it was fresher the last time we stayed. The rooms are spacious for my small family and the dining table and chairs is always a bonus.
