United StatesThe breakfast was ok. There was way too many people at 915 for there to be almost no food left. The coffee was even empty. What we did have was good. Pancakes and sausage. The staff was very rude and not polite at all. Our room was also very hot and the Air didnt work well at all. Our room sink was also clogged upon arrival and the bed was not comfortable. We've stayed here before and did not experience these issues.
I liked that we got a 12pm checkout at no extra charge which was nice. I also liked that the pool was open until 11pm.

United StatesMore attention to the rooms; one lamp was unusable as I switch of inoperable, bathroom sink knobs had to be retighten as some were loose. Lighting was only adequate, not good for trying to read.
The complimentary breakfast was very good. Everything one would expect. Nice room and surroundings, quiet and well-spaced out for individual comfort. Rooms were very adequate with ample towels.

United StatesThe temperature inside was way too hot! Our entire party at the restaurant was sweating and uncomfortable. We asked the server to turn the heat down and he said there was nothing he could do about it. Our room was so hot that we couldn’t sleep. The air conditioning did not work and the maintenance person couldn’t fix it. The shower drain didn’t work, had to shower in standing water.
We liked the breakfast and the nice extras like cucumber water, cookies, and bathrobe. Nice Italian restaurant and great tavern.

United StatesThe heater in my room was broken, and maintenance never came to fix it. I stayed for 3 nights and was freezing the entire stay. I also had a spa room and the wine glasses on the tub had not been washed from the previous guests before me. They were very sticky.
Front desk staff is always so nice and helpful. Although I had an issue with the heater in my room not getting fixed, they were so nice and understanding with my trouble.

This also happened to friends that were going to the same event as us. Even though the hotel apologized for the situation and we got a lovely room for the same price, it was annoying and frustrating. I also asked for a price match and sent all the information to BOOKING.COM 3 TIMES and never got a price match.

Management went out of their way to get us a room when BOOKING,COM left us with no reservations. The General Manager honored the price only because I had your Confirmation on my phone. They had nothing from you! A difference of $200.

United StatesThe initial room was not disability accessible, as booked, room was changed at checkin 😀. Had to ask for a shower chair for the bathroom in the handicapped accessible room (second trip) to front desk. 😐. Only one person working in the early evening ❓ although the individual was serving everyone's needs; checking in, running correcting reservation room assignments, running supplies to both hotel towers, etc. she was doing her best ... Would have expected housekeeping or maintenance to be doing the running of supplies. Next day, tried to use the business center. The computer was password protected, staff could not locate the password to allow access. Not sure the hotel was responsible for catering the evening banquet; chicken, beef tips and potatoes were fantastic! Green beans were undercooked by about 90 seconds. The issue was there wasn't enough food to serve the entire group. Linens on our table had stains from previous use < bad look> for a banquet room. Why was the group room rate for the group greater than the room costs available using on-line reservation services???? The hotel staff didn't communicate that a $50.00 Incidental charge would be added to the credit card ... Will be watching to see the charges corrected at final billing. Again another trip to the front desk for an explanation.
Room was great, roomy. Small lounge area 👍.for relaxing or private meetings in the room; although TV was a head clunker were it was located above the microwave/ refrigerator. Continental breakfast was super: eggs, sausage, variety of juices, cold cereals, etc. Staff was more than willing to provide any additional copies that were needed for larger than attended meetings. Housekeeping staff was great with replenishing supplies when asked while on the floor performing housekeeping on the floor. Check out was fast( pre-printed) receipts, but again only one person was working at the front desk.

United StatesI got there early and asked if my room was available and the woman was very cold and said no. I asked when and she snapped at after 1, which you should have told me on the website. I said no problem but when I got back after 1 and asked she said yes, and tried to explain that their staff has to get rooms cleaned which is the obvious. This whole situation could have been handled much better with a nice attitude but people are bitches and I get it. No sir it's not ready we are still cleaning them out nomal check in is after 1 thanks for asking. But people are rude now. Besides that the stay was fine. The woman in the morning was sweet as can be when I was checking out hopefully they give her a big raise. She was friendly, informative and was smiling the whole time. That's what customer service should be. So besides bitch face it was a nice stay.
