I don’t care for the fact that my keycard randomly stopped working after I brought some items out to my car. I was initially locked outside, but then remembered the door near the pool from last night wasn’t locked, so I prayed like a son of a gun it was still unlocked. I was able to gain entrance to the building and then the elevator to get to my floor. My keycard then wouldn’t work on my room door either, so I looked on my reservation and called the number listed. A very friendly man answered and within 20 minutes, I was let into my room. This could have been fixed with 24/7 front desk staff or an earlier start time for the person/people who work the front desk. However, I understand that may not be feasible. It just caused an inconvenience is all. Otherwise, I loved the property and was so impressed with how I truly forgot I was in Wisconsin Dells, and felt like I was transported to my grandparents former cabin. It was very heartwarming.

This property is absolutely STUNNING. I once lived in the area, but after HS graduation, I moved back to my hometown in Minnesota. I never stayed here prior to this, but every little detail that went into making this property beautiful has been. I love all the the “cabin” themed rooms and decor as well as the “camping” experience. The trails around this property are well maintained and clean as well as very scenic! The walkway across the little river to the one fire pit and the picnic tables even down to selling s’mores buckets in the gift shop…SO CUTE.

Room was a okay. Beds were okay. The air conditioner smelt like burning plastic a couple times so we chose not to use it for the last 2 nights we were there, which was a bit of an inconvenience since it was quite hot weather. I did not like that the linens were not changed or even an option to be chaged out during our stay (4 nights) that also included the towels. When you have a couple hot sweaty kids that shower nightly, it was VERY inconvenient. They also do not pick up tour garbage. You are expected to take it to garbage cans located in the stairwells. The balconies were also shared with the room next to you. We booked our stay because the resort claimed to be very family friendly, no loud parties late at night. That unfortunately was not the case for us. Our neighboring room was very loud, lots of music and didn't quiet down until almost 1/2am for 1 nights. I did tell the front desk, but unsure if action was taken. A few of our light bulbs were also out.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. It was a wonderful location! Just out of the bustling part of town and in a quiet wooded area. Cute pool area, small creek, small walking bridge, playground, and nice field area with volleyball & horseshoes. Staff was very friendly! There is a small aracde on the bottom floor.

There were 2 flies in the room. Killed one but the other one kept bugging us all weekend. Other than that everything was great.

First sight of the resort was awesome. I loved the lobby and the room was cozy. The 2 kiddy pools were awesome. My son loved it. My family really enjoyed the stay.

We were only there one night and didn't really see anything that was too not like. We would come back again.

The staff was very accommodating and made sure everything was how we liked it. The resort looked clean with a nice water park for kids to play in inside and outside. The room was very clean and welcoming.

Security deposit for one night in a motel?? Weird. And there was so many rules, at least a page worth!. It was intimidating

I loved all the things there were for kids to do. The indoor pool was great for my toddler to play in. The walking path was cute, and the kids really enjoyed it.

Not enough lights in the rooms, if you closed the curtain it was very dark and hard to see. You could hear the people walking above you, so if you're trying to sleep it was bothersome.

I liked being out of the hustle and bustle of the city, there was a lot of property that gave you the feel of being in the country. It was minutes from everything. The pool was nice and the rooms were clean.

The lodge rules were offensive in the harsh tone of the language. They could have gotten their point across less threatening. The outside furniture was absolutely filthy with no way to clean it without using their towels which we chose not to use.

Slightly outdated and no frills but over all very nice. Our ‘kitchen’ was a mini fridge, microwave and hot plate, which was fine for our two day stay, but I’d have been disappointed if I were staying for longer and needing to do big meals.

Clean facilities. Beautiful setting. Friendly staff. Pool area and outdoor stuff is great! Overall, a great place and will definitely be back.

A coffee table and/or a second seat in the "living room area" would be nice for a 2 bedroom suite. Alot of garbage on Saturday morning after Friday night parties; it was cleaned up very fast, though. Also, the lobby being locked with no night auditor on staff was a bit strange. One bedroom tv in our suite had no signal but we didn't use it. Otherwise, we had an awesome time and will definitely be back.

Almost everything. The staff were super friendly, we loved the location and the grounds. The movie night is an awesome touch, and the room was exactly what we wanted it to be. Loved having a porch.

The check-out time was just not for me and my family. When traveling with kids it's hard to get everyone & everything loaded up by 10:30. You have zero time to enjoy your morning before heading home. Makes for a rushed and stressful day.

Really enjoyed the size of our 2 bedroom room. Everything was kept in good condition and so clean. The staff was super friendly. The iids enjoyed all the outdoor activities. We loved roasting hotdogs and making smores in the fitepit. I really enjoyed that it was so peaceful and quiet. Would definitely recommend.
