The prices were pretty good. The upstairs patio is nice. Convenient for the bus line. Free breakfast and coffee every morning. Staff was friendly. Clean and no bed bugs.

Lack of cups to make drinks so brought my own after a day only one thin blanket but i guess it gets particularly warm there at night but i did feel the cold in last day as the weather went cold

This hostal is good in paper, but if you are looking for a hostal that has a travel vibe, this might not be your choice. The hostal doesn’t host any events or encourage outings, also keep in mind you might be staying with locals from California who aren’t really in the mood for traveling or experiencing new things as they are basically staying in the hostel for long. The staff wasn’t exactly super helpful or happy, which I found to be a turndown. Beds are comfortable, but blankets are very thin.

The bathrooms are usually very clean and the breakfast is good value for money, the rooftop has an amazing view of the Hollywood sign and the hostal has a very good location, close to different attractions, even if you don’t have a car, it’s fairly easy to use the buses and Ubers to get you where you need. You can also find restaurants and convenience stores near.

I did not like the room as beds sheets and towels were not changed for the number of days that I stayed.Few of the staff were not too open and friendly . I was not comfortable sharing a room with one of the staff working there.Desipte all these experiences,the hostel is very good for travellers that can stay for a few days Finally, the tourist information provided was not sufficient and clear enough for someone new to the state. I recommend for improvement with staff approaches to clients and tourist information be made available as it was not clear and I have to struggle to find my own way around.

I like the facilitiy.the breakfast and the toilet and showers.The location was fantastic near the city centre to the main bus stop.

Just by the road, can be noisy in the evening. Some people are too high and caused police to come at 4am.

The women bathroom could have been a lot cleaner. I had to use bleach and Comet cleanser to clean the tub and tile before taking a shower. It was grimey and hadn't been properly scrubbed in weeks. The breakfast served consisted of a variety of breads, peanut butter, jelly, cereal, milk and fruit. I saw human hair inside a jelly jar top, and the bread smelled as if it was beginning to mole. I voiced my health issue concerns to the owner of the hostel and she told me that she spoke to her staff about the problem. Other than the above-mentioned, I met some really nice International travelers during my stay at the hostel.

The area where the hostel is located is ok. I was able to use the city's public transportation with ease. There are bus stops very near the hostel's building.

I don't really.have any complaints. Maybe and extra bathroom would be nice, but I didn't really have to wait.

It's a clean place with a nice rooftop patio, simple breakfast of fruits, croissants, and toast. The vibe is pretty chill. The staff is friendly. I would stay again.Thr location has easy access to public transportation and is in walking distance to fast food, sit down restaurants, and groceries.

No butter for breakfast. Given how good it was I was quite surprised. A couple long term residents that think they own the place and rules don't apply to them. Kitchen area could be better. It's awkward to do the dishes.

Good staff. Clean. Excellent breakfast with a lot of variety. Good location close to buses and supermarkets. Large lockers and spacious room. Each bed gets its own electrical extension chord.

Lockers for backpack a bit small , narrow , had some difficulty putting my backpack inside. If you're light sleeper be prepared , building stays right close to busy road

Breakfast was good , lots of bread and cupcakes , staff was friendly. Good shower. Terrace upstairs was nice as well.
