The house has a lot of potential but the owners have definitely neglected the home. When we got there, the code we were given did not work at all and we tried several times. Luckily the back door was open and that's how we got in. The pool area and pool did not have lights nor did it have a heated pool. The house could have been way cleaner. We had to wash all towels and bed sheets before using because they were not clean at all. Garage door did not open at all. Bathrooms were not clean either. One of the toilets needs replacement because it had a very bad odor of urine and dirtiness. One of the bathrooms was clogged we had to try to unclog it ourselves but the water still rose as we showered. House needs serious maintenance.

Coffee pot was poor. Get a real K-Cup machine or drip pot. Towels old and some quite stained/torn edges. Water/ice in refrigerator weren’t working. Stained bench cushion at dining table.

We chose the home over a hotel in hopes to use the grill and kitchen to cut back on eating out however the grill was not clean and much of the kitchen utensils, pots and pans presented rust or were not clean, to our standard at least. The pool area hadn't been cleaned prior to the stay either. We also didn't care much that the master bedroom was not connected to a bathroom however a room with 2 full or queens had a full bathroom. It was just kind of set up awkwardly. There are no wash cloths or an iron so be sure to pack those items if you require them when traveling. Everything else was great!

Perfect location, was quiet with cordial neighbors. Pool was heated and loved the idea that the home is on a canal. The yard is well manicured and beautiful also!

The actual pool area was very dirty. The pool furniture was old and needs replacing. Only one usable sun lounger.

Good size villa for 2 couples. The actual pool itself was lovely and clean but not sure it was heated as advertised. Lovely garden. Inside was comfortable.

The owners scheduled their lanai screen repair during our stay, making it impossible to use the pool for two days. In future, I recommend doing any renovations when no guests are present.

Noise from the pools cleaning system 24/7 and the floor should be cleaner. I missed also more bowls and sauce pan in the kitchen.

Similar to an airbnb with a lot of instructions for check out, even though they charge a higher than usual cleaning fee.

Great place for a getaway, convenient check in and check out. Very responsive staff. They allow dogs for a fee. The pool is wonderful

The house really needs to be cleaned a lot better. The pool was super cold, none of us got completely in. A couple different people showed up to the property while we stayed.

I like that it was big enough for my whole group and for the most part it was really cute. The communication was superb. Nice and quiet neighborhood.

Nothing to like, it's a scam, house is lived in, pictures on Booking.com are not from house at address. We were left without a place to stay and had to drive back to Miami.

The access beach for this town is horrible and the beach isn't good.

The only issue we encountered was the temperature when we arrived. I think the guests who stayed before us had turned off the AC and it was pretty warm when we got there, even though the AC had been turned back on. We were worried it wasn't working. The hosts were super kind and responsive and the issue actually resolved itself by morning. We had a great time!

This home is a great value. Great location, plenty of space for our family of four, close to great restaurants and the beach. The heated pool was a huge hit with all of us.

Television in master bedroom was not working. Place was very basic. Needs a lot of work. Definitely needs upgrades. Knifes in kitchen were rusted No wash cloths! had to go out and buy some. Then they brought some the next day after we complained.
