What was mentioned was all there was...but that is Miami? Lots of roads and concrete. I think they grow cars?

As promoted - close to everything. Airport, restaurants across the road/highways, and the port - where we were heading. Helpful front desk. Bedroom shared with 7' grandson was most suitable - a really good king size bed each. A few drinks were available to purchase from the front office. Don't worry about this pick-up from airport business everyone seems to mention. It would be unprofitable for anyone to hang around at the congested taxi/pick-up spot to ferry anyone the few miles to the hotel. Just get an uber/taxi yourself - $15?.

The minute i turned the lights on and walked through the door the hotel greeters (ROACHES) were running all over the floor, i had double beds in the room, as soon as i lifted the comforter i saw a roach, they were also in the bathroom sink, my husband had to stomp on them while my 7 yr old was screaming. The main door handle (on the inside of the room) came right off and hit the floor when my husband was trying to close the door and lock it; it seem like it was broken previously and barely screwed on and left that way, I did report this after checkout. If the facility would fumigate due to roaches and houskeeping be more thorough in cleaning the stay would've been so much better!

I was traveling around spring break, i needed an overnight stay to go on cruise the next day, while other hotels/motels in the area were really expensive, this hotel was extremely affordable, it is budget friendly, it's good enough for a quick one night stay to rest your head and go. It had the most needed neccessities, the furniture are old but in good condition, the bed was comfortable (i brought disposable sheets to put on them since the hotel sheets look questionable), toiletries in bathroom, there was a working television with basic cable channels, a small dining table with chairs, working AC, shower/sink with hot/cold water and wifi. No Vending machines but light snacks (chips, sodas including beer) can be purchased in lobby at front desk. I saw a cuban restaurant about 1-2 min walk from the hotel. Overall it was quiet throughout the night.

Our lack of Spanish was a bit of a hindrance, but we generally overcame that. The room was quite spartan like, and the bed mattress needed changing (we could not help rolling into the middle due to the depressions).

We booked here due to price and reviews. Overall, the accommodation was clean and staff were good. The location was good for the airport, along with the free shuttle service.

We were first placed next to an extremely noisy ventilation duct. No way to sleep near that thing. The paint perled off the wall in many places, felt like it was the last room available, the one they usually don't give to guests unless there is absolutely nothing left. They pretended not to know what we were talking about after we called the front desk to inquire about the news. We had to go down and show them. Apparently the vent is broken and can't be switched off. They were nice and moved us to a different room where we had at least a few hours of sleep. If you get a nice room and if you don't have any expectations, its okay for a night.

Old furniture, fixtures, everything else. Plain would be best description - not even decorations on the walls. It's an old hotel. It's Miami and an old building - there were definitely some bugs in the room that come in from the old windows or door seals or who knows. No vending machines or restaurant or amenities. Not a lot of eating options around, especially late at night. Takeaway: If you care about comfort, amenities, or no bugs, steer clear.

While the towels were rough, they were clean; same for the bed and sheets. It was overll clean, just old. It's a great location close to the airport and they did come pick us up from there for free late at night. There were a couple of places to eat nearby. Takeaway: If you need somewhere super basic just to have a clean bed to sleep in by the airport for cheap, this will work.

The room was very old and outdated and the bed was very uncomfortable. The room has very little furniture and the bedding and furniture has to be from the 1970's!

I loved the price and the location. Very close to the airport and very convenient to places to eat and shop. If you're staying for an overnight, this room serves it purpose but I most definitely wouldn't stay beyond that.

They didn't have the advertised airport shuttle which was one reason I booked the room. Instead they paid a specific cab company. (You paid, got a receipt, then was reimbursed in cash.) I didn't find this out until I called from the airports hotel pickup area.

Not the same room as in the picture. I pretty sure they have more updated rooms. The water pressure from the shower was terrible. Probobaly had flow restrictors on them or they need to clean the heads from calcium build up. Simple fix.
