Place is run down and bathroom wasn't the best. Needs a refurbishment. Staff were great and Breakfast was okay... It was only a bed for the night after flying into Cincinnati airport. So wasn't expecting much for the price anyway. Just expected a cleaner Bathroom. Big stain on the ceiling could have been fixed with a spot of paint in minutes. Place feels unloved.

A smell like maybe a dog has been in here, ants in my bed, weird buzzing noise at times and it wasn’t my devices🤔tub not draining properly. And a housekeeper knocked on my door when there is clearly a do not disturb sign on the door. So I answer and she opens the door. That’s a big NO NO. When I answered she should have kept talking and not opened the door. That’s definitely a violation of my privacy. So now I have my cameras with me. So I can see what goes on when I leave🤓Other than that the place is serving its purpose.

The website stated there would be a frdge and microwave and there wasnt. There was no remote for the tv in room, had to go ask for one. Staions were static and not clear. Seems atentae was not working. Breakfast was not kept full for the complete time. No one came to make sure everything was full.

Saw 5 bugs in the room- crawling on the wall by the tv, by the bed, and the bathroom floor. No fridge in the room ( I’ve stayed in 2 other rooms here in the past month and they both had a fridge) window was very difficult to open and close. Ice machine didn’t work.

Window was damaged, bed spread was stained, weird stains/old messes in the room, toilet was running and was loud, a lot of creaking from the tub when you are in the shower, room would shake when other rooms closed their door, could hear everything from other rooms, the breakfast was very limited in options (coffee, juice, bread, butter, waffles)

The rooms were not clean. They did not look nothing like the photos. There was no continental Breakfast until the last day. And then it looked like they went to the store because I took photos so they immediately got up and went to the store. I. Do wish I had booked a different hotel.

When we got there, the lock on the door was broken so we couldn't even get in the room.Then they put us in a different room which was smaller did not have the refrigerator . The room was Nasty. The next morning we expecting breakfast. There was no breakfast.It was a mass that had very few things out And? The coffee going all over the floor. It was supposed to be early in the morning, but the lady didn't get there till 8.And she promptly closed it at nine. We complain about the room.They said they'd have a different room for us. Then the next time we got the room that following It was a better room, but not great.There was mildew everywhere. There was blood on the floor and when we told her that she said oh it won't come up. So therefore we put a towel down over it , just so we could stay..

I found a dead rotting mouse under my air conditioner and my room was filled with mice and gnats. The rooms reeked of marijuana and cigarettes even though it was non smoking but that's what you get for cheap

A lot of touch-up paint is needed on doors and doorways. Groups of workers (guests) took most of the breakfast items with them as they left for work.

It was a good value and the beds were comfortable. The staff noticed my husband's injured leg and quickly moved us to a different room to accommodate the issue

Our room was attached to a joining room. So could hear everything from the other side. Coughing, radio playing, loud Tv, people talking late into the night, and even alarm clock at 4:30am. Rooms could use upgrade. Wifi was very slow.

Desk staff was friendly and helpful, but she was very busy. And at times not at desk for long periods.
