United KingdomPlace is run down and bathroom wasn't the best. Needs a refurbishment. Staff were great and Breakfast was okay... It was only a bed for the night after flying into Cincinnati airport. So wasn't expecting much for the price anyway. Just expected a cleaner Bathroom. Big stain on the ceiling could have been fixed with a spot of paint in minutes. Place feels unloved.

United StatesA smell like maybe a dog has been in here, ants in my bed, weird buzzing noise at times and it wasn’t my devices🤔tub not draining properly. And a housekeeper knocked on my door when there is clearly a do not disturb sign on the door. So I answer and she opens the door. That’s a big NO NO. When I answered she should have kept talking and not opened the door. That’s definitely a violation of my privacy. So now I have my cameras with me. So I can see what goes on when I leave🤓Other than that the place is serving its purpose.

United StatesThe rooms were not clean. They did not look nothing like the photos. There was no continental Breakfast until the last day. And then it looked like they went to the store because I took photos so they immediately got up and went to the store. I. Do wish I had booked a different hotel.
When we got there, the lock on the door was broken so we couldn't even get in the room.Then they put us in a different room which was smaller did not have the refrigerator . The room was Nasty. The next morning we expecting breakfast. There was no breakfast.It was a mass that had very few things out And? The coffee going all over the floor. It was supposed to be early in the morning, but the lady didn't get there till 8.And she promptly closed it at nine. We complain about the room.They said they'd have a different room for us. Then the next time we got the room that following It was a better room, but not great.There was mildew everywhere. There was blood on the floor and when we told her that she said oh it won't come up. So therefore we put a towel down over it , just so we could stay..

CanadaOur room was attached to a joining room. So could hear everything from the other side. Coughing, radio playing, loud Tv, people talking late into the night, and even alarm clock at 4:30am. Rooms could use upgrade. Wifi was very slow.
