The exterior garbage cans were overflowing, and there were a few cobwebs in the ceiling area of the room.

The sheets and linens were very clean. The continental breakfast had good options.

Would have been nice to have an ATM on site. Didn't like the selection of news venues on TV, seemed a bit biased. Mattress really sucked, I am used to a very firm mattress. I will admit, no motel/hotel ever has a mattress up to my standards.

Selection of breakfast foods was very good. Great coffee!

Our stay was mediocre. The toilet didn’t work very well, and it looked like mold was growing on the access panel above the shower. Other than that, it was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Decent hotel, but I had several noise complaints. I asked to move twice and first shift manger refused to move me to another room. But, the 3rd shift was super nice and he allowed to find a great room.

Fox News 24/7 on the TV. That's some BS.

Convenient to airport. There was an onsite long term parking via Way.com. Coffee was pretty good and available very early in the morning.

The room was tiny, and it did not have a refrigerator or a coffee maker. I mistakenly thought I was getting a suite or at least a slightly larger room. The bed was very hard.

The staff, breakfast, and cleanliness were great.

So a few big things that goes with the bad for the overall stay. 1. The shower, it worked but the hot never got hot, was warm at best, not really great. 2. It’s close to the airport, expect to hear planes while at this hotel, while not super bad because it’s not next door, you can tell the planes are coming and going especially when it is quiet at times. 3. The walls are thin as heck. The room next to our beds, like the headboard wall, seemed to border the headboard of the beds next to us, they had a phone alarm, 6am. It was against the wall or on the nightstand, can’t tell BUT you could feel the vibration and hear it clear as day we were all checking four phones because we thought it was one of ours going off. And you could heard the alarm music just as clear too. No they did not wake up for their alarm, yes it did go a full 5 minutes. Thin walls are a huge problem for this place, I never want to feel and hear my neighbors phone alarm in a hotel. 4. This is more of a minor thing, not really the worst but still was blah. The pillows were kinda meh, the firm was small and the fluffy was so fluffy you use it and it went almost flat.

The room had enough space for us and our luggage comfortably. The window had a daybed like seat under it that was nice and acted as a 3rd place to lay down in addition to the beds. The TV was a nice free to use with cable, loved that. The beds were comfortable and the room had adequate outlets for electrical items. Table/desk under the TV with 2 seats was perfect for eating dinner at so we did not have to eat on the beds or floor. Bathroom was small but worked. Room heat worked very well also, kept it at a good temp even if it was a tiny loud at night when it was going. The price was fantastic at just over $100 for better than a motel 6. And the location while near the airport, the price gets you 10 minutes from Mall of America, IKEA, downtown St. Paul, quick highway, and close to medical if needed. All good perks for such a low price.

Should remember to bring earplugs so we don’t hear the airplanes landing and taking off at MSP overhead since the location is so nice and close. Earplugs are good to not hear the furnace turning on quite often throughout the night also so we turned it off.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly close location to MSP.

They ran out of milk and were unaware at the start of the breakfast day. I had requested a room away from the elevator down at the end of the hall. They assigned me one that was opposite of my request.

We are a family of five and requested an extra bed which we didn’t get so my three children had to share one bed. Breakfast was not good. All the bread options were stale. No hot food options. The juice machine wasn’t working. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.
