The breakfast was not well stocked. Even with going early Pool hours. Does not open for morning until 10am. House keeping kept trying to come clean even though I told them we would not be checking out until 11

Not much of a breakfast selection. Conditioner bottle was empty in the shower. Manager changed password for clerks forgot to let them know they did. Had to wait until they got a hold of them to check in. Found toilet paper in the toilet. No microwave in room.

There should be a better description on the room. It was in smaller print. I had no idea that a smaller room had no coffee maker nor microwave.

On the way there, the money had already been charged from my account, even though I was supposed to pay at the property. In the end, they said they didn’t receive any payment. Communication was awful — the guy at the reception barely spoke English. Somehow we managed to sort it out and got a room, which was connected to another room with a door — it felt unsafe to even leave our belongings there. You could hear the neighbors like they were right in the same room. The room itself had a strange smell. The whole hotel gives off an unsafe vibe. The carpet on the stairs looked like it had never been vacuumed — full of dirt and small stones. Breakfast — absolutely empty. We came around 8 AM, and apart from coffee and five muffins, there was nothing. Well — there were waffles and some yogurt. My husband doesn’t eat sweet things, so for him, it was a shock. Honestly — what’s the point of offering complimentary breakfast if there’s nothing there anyway?

I had to put down a 200.00 cash deposit. And they would not give it back to me. They said that I never put anything down. They literally called the police because I wouldn't leave without getting my deposit back.

Breakfast was mainly carbs, cold hard boiled eggs, juice, coffee, yogurt-no cooked eggs, sausage or bacon. Room was small, but also quiet with very good beds. Desk staff were just great!!

Price point was the same at a downtown Chicago hotel we stayed at the night before. Price point seems a bit high here for what this hotel offers.

Directly by highway for a short overnight stop. Three eating establishments across parking lot offering discounts for hotel visitors. The staff is great. Beds are fine. Breakfast is ok.

couldn't find reservation had to pay 200 dollar fee for no reservation on top of fee for room that was twice what my reservation was supposed to be. so all together near $500 for some thing that was supposed to cost $168..

When I came into the room there was a strong odor. I had to spray the room with Lysol to remove the odor. The coffee machine was missing the part that holds the coffee.

There were 2 light bulbs out in my room that made it a little dim. Also the hallways had a strange smell.

I appreciated the price of the place and the availability of breakfast. There was parking available near the entrance which was very nice.
