We neglected to contact the property directly to confirm a handicap room. Having 2 wheelchairs was tight, and a non-accessable bathroom was uncomfortable. Again, we take ownership of this issue. The accessible rooms for this property are very good. We've stayed here several times.

The location was ideal for our purposes and close to good restaurants too. The staff was excellent-very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fine -mostly carbs - waffles, bagels, and cereal.

In time, the Breakfasts will be better. This is a new location, and with more customers coming to it, this location will flourish in time.

These guys are starting out, and I like the fact they are doing very well at this point. I realize this, from discussions I had with them.

Our room was noisy due to rude guests in a nearby room, and staff was good enough to move us to a quiet room the next morning after we complained.

I am in American but do not live in America we are visiting family at this time. The man at the front desk had very poor english and could not understand much of what we were saying. .I did find this a little frustrating after allbI am in America. I was hoping to speak my own language. Breakfast was also very poor to the standard of the hotel.I thought I was staying in. But for the price I cannot complain.

The price and size of the rooms were fine. You even had thin pillows for those who don't like fluffy pillows.

The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on, when I had an issue the staff didn't listen or try to understand, housekeeping is coming in to change towels every day, and if they did trash only took half full one, not the overflowing can, then when asked, they bitch under their breath saying they already got it, and if you want breakfast it is only waffles or cereal, and not all the lights in the room worked.

No refrigerator in the room. I like my water to be very cold. The room was not dirty but I would not say it was clean. I clean for a living. The toilet needs to be cleaned of the hard water around the rim. The bathroom sink faucet needed a good scrubbing with a tooth brush. I would also vacuum. But that is just me.

It was OK but not a lot of choices.

Lingering odor of Indian cuisine at front counter overwhelming. Bath towels were worst I’ve ever encountered in Microtel property. Complimentary breakfast not worth getting up for. No attendant to assist with missing items, coffee was awful, cereal dispenser barely worked, couldn’t stomach pastries-tasted old.

Bathroom could have been a little cleaner and stocked with more linen. And cups. The chemicals used while cleaning and to scent the room nice was very potent. Very heavy. Had to open the window to air out most of the night. Not sure if it was staff or guests however the floor above us were extremely rude during the quiet time hours. Was woken up a few times by slamming doors, loud voices and people walking heavy back and forth in there rooms. Made a comment to staff and the matter no more after a short time. (Thank you for that) The refrigerator was very loud , but worked well. The pillows are a little hard and the beds didn't seem to be queen size more like double. All in all however this was a very nice hotel to stay at and would stay again.

Hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. Smiles on there faces most times. Breakfast was slim picking however was good. And the juice machine was decent also. I was impressed actually. Liked that we were able to stay in the room even though we were running a little behind check out. Parking was close. And so was nearby shopping and restaurants.

A few more items in the breakfast area. Towels were pretty thin.

Breakfast needed restocking, but they got the items I needed when asked. They also offered us an upgrade for a low price which we appreciated.
