We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesI needed to change my reservation from 3 nights to 2 nights and was told I could only do so through Booking.com. When I tried to do that, it was cheaper to keep it at three nights than to switch to 2 nights. When I experienced a similar issue on Expedia, an agent was able to help me navigate this issue. I wasn't able to receive similar assistance from Booking.com.
The breakfast options were plentiful, and the eating area was tidy. The coffee was excellent!

United StatesThe air conditioning in my room did not work well. It was either too cold or nothing. I think the thermometer was not functioning correctly. They tried to fix it but failed, and when I left said they would work on it some more.
The location was great. Breakfast was a little disappointing. It was pretty standard, but only had bagels for bread and no pastries. Scrambled eggs and a meat were offered every day, but no other entree. There was no fruit.

United StatesI had requested an extra pillow..... It wasn't in the room, and wasn't given to us at check in...... HOWEVER it wasn't even needed as they had 2 pillows for each of us. I did make sure to let them know in the morning so we weren't charged for a missing pillow. They said had we called down, they would have brought us out one, again, the extra pillow was not needed.

United StatesExtremely poor check in-took over 40 minutes Rooms did not appear clean -bedding change was questionable- hair in bathroom, some mold, etc. No maid service for our 3 night stay-did not even clean bathroom, dump wastebaskets, make beds, or provide additional soap!! I know we had to request new sheets & towels….but didn’t expect to be totally ignored for the 3 days. Breakfast was deplorable. Will never stay there again.
