The fire alarm went off around 12am and the person said oh false alarm because there was steam on the staircase and it set it off. No someone was smoking there

Breakfast needs to be better. Juice and yogurt werent good. Better selection needed. All carbs. Did have peanut butter one day. Just adding bacon or sausage or anything would have helped. Even hard boiled eggs. My reservation said checkout was noon. Door said 11. I asked. It was actually 11. So if i hadnt noticed that i dont know if i would have been charged another day. I had planned to stay until noon. I stayed multiple days so I dont know how housekeeping works for that. I just put trash can outside of room every day Fridge was too cold and froze my food.

Room was fine. A little small but ok. Even though this is near a gentlemens club i felt safe.

The air conditioner unit and the shower i exhaust were really loud. They both need repairs.

I didn’t like the pillows and I think the breakfast should last longer than 9:30. Minor inconveniences.

This was my first time staying at any Microtel. The location is very convenient to Southern Xposure, which I was visiting. The staff was very pleasant and more than accommodating at check in and check out.

Preparation of room. Tissue box was empty. TV remote didn’t have any batteries and staff required me to return to the front desk to get batteries while I need a walker to get around. My wife had to go to the front desk, instead.

Beds are horrible! Very small and extremely hard. The room was also very small.

We only stayed 1 night while traveling for vacation. Location is great, lots of restaurants around. Breakfast is available complimentary.

It's very well located for travelers. Right by the highway. The staff was so pleasant at check-in and check-out. That's a plus when you are tired and find a smiling face ready to make things smooth for you. The bed was comfortable, and we had a good night rest. Breakfast was very basic, but good. They also have refreshments and cookies at reception at all times. That is very nice.

Breakfast was not breakfast at all breads , fruit, coffee, juice and water. Pool is only about 5ft. No blow dryers, only one trash can in the room.

The breakfast was not very good. The bread and bagels were stale and there was a fruit fly flying around in there. There could have been more to put on the bagel, eg. peanut butter and better jam. The coffee was horrible, tasted like tea! The shower curtain needs to be longer to actually stay in the tub. There was not a hook to hang the shower head. No charging ports.

Big bathrooms, excellent body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Bed was decent. Good location. Rooms were clean enough.

The pool area was extremely busy, and pretty small. The water was very cold. We only stayed a few minutes because I had my toddler and there were about 10 kids splashing around and the water was so cold he was shaking. And someone got arrested in the room adjoining ours lol. So we heard most of that + the police staying there most of the night.

Staff at the front desk the night we checked in were fantastic. She was very friendly and helpful. The roll-away we requested, was broken, so instead she offered a pad for the window as well as blankets and pillows (We only used the blankets and pillows, worked just fine).
