United StatesThe hot breakfast foods were either room temperature to start (turkey and pork sausage and eggs), or went cold quickly once they were on the plate. The pool was closed for two hours one afternoon for a private group, which wasn't expected, and I wasn't aware that could even be done. There wasn't notice given either, so I went down to swim and the pool was already closed to those not included in the event at the pool.
The staff was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. Room service was good, though we could tell they didn't vacuum our room the three days we were there. The muffins were always fresh, and the coffee was consistently good. The choice of yogurts was also nice. We loved having the fridge and microwave in the room, and we used them. The location was great for us as we went into Newport every day for their Winter Fest. The Chilis Restaurant in the same lot as the hotel there makes a delicious 6 ounce steak with roasted asparagus. The plaza and gas station just across the street was super convenient as we fueled up and stopped at the Aldi for day trip snacks.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The location was great because it has so many restaurants nearby. It was 10 minutes driving from downtown Newport and all the mansions.

United StatesThe gym had only one functioning treadmill which made a loud clanking noise. The lights in the gym had the lights on motion sensor but didn’t detect that I was walking on the treadmill. So I ended up working out in the dark unless I waved my arms, lol. Our third night the heat wasn’t working so we had to change rooms

United StatesStaff were welcoming. However we stayed in room 214. This room happens to be right above the front door where people hang out in the am and at night. Which was very loud making it hard to sleep. First breakfast, I went at 8:15. I had a meeting at 9 so I waited from 8:15 until 8:45 and there was no bacon or sausage. Which stinks because breakfast is over at 9:30. Night two I had asked for bedding for the pullout couch and I was told to come get it. Then when I picked it up in a plastic bag it was a sheet a pillow and half comforter. Then I opened the pull out couch and there was a huge red brown stain. When I sat down I can feel springs come through. I usually don’t ever complain but this was a mommy daughter trip and this was just really disappointing. I notified staff who apologized but did t really offer a solution.
The staff were great! It was close the beach and downtown about 15 mins. The coffee was excellent
