United StatesI specifically booked a room with a golf course view as my husband is a golf course superintendent on the Cape. It was also his birthday celebration. There was truly no golf course view from our room....after I got him excited about having views of the course. I would have joyfully paid more for the view had I known.

United StatesLocation was great as this is quite charming. I asked for early check in but they really try hard to honor request. Once we got in TV and controller were not working so tech people took another hour of our very short stay in our room and didn’t fix. We requested to move to another so we list more time from our stay-not happy about this. I loved this spa but your staff needs more training I both social skills, manners and need a little initiative to try and make stay better. They seemed bothered by requests.anll we heard anbout was they were so busy with two weddings/not our problem annd should never affect service to other guests Everything else was excellent.They could use refrigerators in rooms.

Holy smokes, where to begin. The hotel and spa are breathtakingly beautiful!!! The staff go above and beyond when dealing with guests. The food was amazing as were the waitstaff!!! The Spa, oh lord, the Spa.. no words!!!

United StatesThis spa resort is top notch, we included in our stay a couple excellence pedicures that we're amazing and now my husband is spoiled only wants to go there in the future. the Jacuzzi was hot and relaxing, the selirium was a great place to relax on a rainy afternoon. we were upgraded to a king suites room that was large and comfortable. We enjoyed the atmosphere at lunch although the food was just ok the service was outstanding

Arrived at 8.25 service deliverer said the t was because chefs didn’t arrive till 7.30 so it wasn’t realistic to offer delivery at 7.30 Hmm, we ordered a croissant fruit and coffee. How long does that take to prepare. And they forgot the jam. But the rest of the day was truly wonderful
