It’s wonderful to know that you liked the breakfast and found our staff offerings delicious. We would like to let you know that we inform our guest about cleaning service 30 days and 24 hours before the arrival. We do not offer daily stay over cleaning service in our continued effort to go green for the planet, helping to preserve our most precious commodity out here in the desert, water. However, if needed fresh linens, toiletries, or other usable room amenities can be picked up at the Front Desk daily, or can be delivered to the room for our guests. If our guest need to get rid of dirty linen and/or have their trash taken out, they can leave it outside of their door in the hallway from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. daily, and one of our housekeepers will pick it up and dispose of it for them. Thank you for helping us to help the planet! We’re sorry for any can inconvenience that might happen about the process of cleaning service. We look forward to welcoming you back to Gonzo Inn for another enjoyable stay!

It’s also wonderful that our swimming pool and jacuzzi provided a relaxing retreat after your park adventures. However, we would like to clarify that breakfast is included with your reservation. We offer three set menus priced exactly at $14, along with over 60 individual items available for our guests to choose from. Could you please enlighten us about "real included" breakfast. Prior to and during check-in, we inform all guests about our current housekeeping policy, which is to provide room cleaning on an on-request basis. We encourage guests to let us know of any specific needs or preferences during their stay, so we can address them promptly. We wish you had informed us of all your requests while you were here, as we strive to resolve any concerns as quickly as possible.
