Beautiful condo with plenty of room for the whole family. It was like a home away from home. The pool was also great with a hot tub. Also, we were able to do some laundry at the halfway point of our road trip. It's great to be able to cook some home cooked food.

Arrived after dark. Numbers on buildings were hard to find in the dark. Parking area was no well lighted at night, Had to call representative for help. They did respond well at 1000 pm.

The children were a little disappointed because the pool was closed for the entire time of our stay. The beds were not very comfortable.

The condo had three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which was the perfect layout for our party of 3 families, with 3 children. It was very clean with a well-equipped kitchen. Parking was easy and plenty on-premises. Plenty of towels and pool towels were provided, as well as extra blankets, and sheets in case we needed any. The premises had a pool and hot tub, except the pool was closed for some repair. The premises were easy to locate and access from HWY 191.

My kids were disappointed that the pool wasn’t open everyday we stayed. The hot tub was open all during our stay. They did catch it open a couple of times though!

The Condo was clean and in a great location. Easy checking in/out process. The beds were comfortable. The condo was large and spacious enough for the 5 of us. After hours was quiet as well. Communication with the owners were easy and quick and they were very polite.

Condo was well located, clean and comfortable. Pool was closed which was unfortunate, enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen generally well stocked. Sheet didn’t fit pull-out couch and would have preferred a little more shampoo and soap in bathrooms. Overall it was a great place to stay

Mattress in the master bedroom is worn and should be replaced. The microwave continually trips the circuit breaker when used.

The pool was freezing, we thought it would be heated. The sheets and towels need to be upgraded. Our sheets had stains on them but as soon as I messaged the staff they came with brand new sheets.

The condo was a little out of Moab but driving distance to everything. The staff was very responsive. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. They even had a cooler for use.

We stayed on the top floor so the only negative was having to carry our luggage up 2 floors to the top as there is no elevator. The unit we stayed in had also run out of detergent so we had to call in to the service number to get more.

During our trip through Utah this was one of the nicest places we stayed at. The location is a bit south of the busier downtown area, the parking out front is free. The beds are large and comfortable. The unit has 2 bathrooms which made getting ready in the morning easy. If you're doing activities in the area, it's a great option for coming home at the end of the day to relax. P

A lot of space, washer/dryer in the unit, all the extras in the kitchen (spices, cooking oil, coffee etc.), good regulation of temperature, extremely fast wifi, all the necessary info provided upfront.

Pool is seasonal. I did not know this when we booked the unit. The hot tub was great, but it also closed during our stay for a couple of days

We requested more spoons for the kitchen, for our large family. The management responded promptly.

We’ve stayed here before and love this property! Excellent for families, comfortable, and clean. We needed several kitchen items and the management responded right away and we received the items in less than an hour. We’ll be back.
