There was nothing that we didn’t like!

EVERYTHING! The home was spotless and well equipped and the check in was simple. We enjoyed the pool, the bbq grill and the fully equipped kitchen.

This is a very small detail and not a big deal- there is not a place to put shower items in the master bathroom shower, no shelving. Again, not a big deal.

The house is beautiful and relaxing. The house has essentially everything you need on vacation. The heated pool is amazing!!

We were 6 people so there could be a few more plates. When charged for cleaning I don’t expect to be the one removing sheets and notifying the cleaners.

Really nice spacious house. Nice garden and pool area. The small details were in place like detergent and washing powder.

Awesome! Any questions we had were responded to quickly and accurately with resolution. The house was absolutely amazing. We had paid more $ for much less at other places. The best part was the pool and every room was spacious and very nice. The kitchen was awesome too. We loved everything about this house! We WILL be a regular guest to this house !!! The AC is very noisy in the living room in one of the second bedrooms, this is a problem for people to sleep. Except this, I highly recommend the house, simply amazing!

The house was spacious. We fell in love with everything. We had to extend our stay a little longer because we weren't ready to go but this mini-vacation was worth it.

This was an extremely clean and well maintained home. The pool was a fun extra especially for the kids. My husband was really impressed with the beautiful landscaping surrounding the yard. Only negative was the stove top was not user friendly for me. A bit too complicated. We would definitely rent this home again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Everything especially the view, the heated pool, the beds where super comfy, the house had literally everything we needed. The host reached out via email to make sure we are good and if we needed anything. I absolutely love it and will definitely be coming back…not to mention this house if really really beautiful pictures doesn’t do any justice… I want to say thank you for everything! My birthday was everything.

The water only stayed warm for a shower for a few minutes then would turn ice cold for about 5 minutes before reheating again just for a few more minutes.

What I didn't like, rooms without curtains. In the morning, I couldn't sleep because of the light. Another thing that I found bad was the air conditioning inside a room, the noise was too loud. hard to step on, and ended up clogging the drain. The kitchen is excellent, but a small detail is that the disposer was not working. I thought the guest bathroom was too small.

I liked the kitchen, big and complete. I liked the barbecue, the outside table, the pool too .....excellent space to rest. I loved the TV room, comfortable, big, perfect. Perfect dining room. I liked two spacious rooms. Excellent beds, very good mattresses, perfect .....best mattress and bed I have ever been to. I want to congratulate them. The third bedroom has an excellent bed. If it wasn't for the air conditioning inside the room, it would be perfect.

We came at check in time 4PM which is for sure late. Nevertheless the whole house was full of dirt, the whole floor as well as the shower and the sinks full of black hair. The garbage can not cleaned, the dish washer full of dish. We needed to search on our own for the bed linen and found them together with the towels in the tumble dryer. In the wardrobe we found a bag full of old used cloth. We contacted the management and informed them that we will clean the house on our own to have the possibility to use the house within the same day. As a reimbursement we asked for a refund of the cleaning costs. We needed 1 hour to clean the whole house considering that we did that with 3 people. At 4:45PM the cleaning lady came and asked (only in spanish) if she shall now clean the house. We were almost ready therefore we send her away. Until today the refund was not done considering that it was promised by the management. At the same evening we recognized that the gas grill was not able to reach a proper temperature to broil meat. The gas was also almost out of stock. In the kitchen we found expired food. The air condition generator is located in one of the bedroom’s and really loud. The Wifi and the cable TV receiver was not working for 2 days. We also raised that problem but no reaction at all. At the 3rd day we were not able to use the pool for several hours because of a pool pump issue which needed to be fixed. Finally we can say that a potential owner change in 2023 leaded into those big issues. Before the reviews were always positive, since than that seems to be the standard.

The house is well located and the pool as well as the garden is nice
