Not a thing!

Rick, the host, is superb! Very timely in communication and very thorough in explaining everything about the property (how washer/dryer works, when is trash pickup, how to use TV, etc). Also explains where the shopping and restaurants are nearby. Only had one issue that was unforeseeable - the water heater began a slow descent into not working well. I picked up on it right away, communicated to Rick who replaced it the next day. I never went without hot water! Rick supplies so much that other hosts don't. Plenty of kitchen dishes, pots, pans, paper towels. Coffee for sure, purified water and even spices that most people would not think of. Bathroom is stocked with shampoos and soaps as well as the basic of toilet paper. I really didn't have to think much while I was here because Rick provides such a comfortable place to stay. I did a little grocery shopping and relaxed, saw friends and was close to the medical appointments I had. I am originally from Peoria, but there is nowhere in the area that is more than 10-15 minutes from Mon Chateau!

At the time of my stay, the only TV was in the living room. There's space for one in the bigger of the two bedrooms, but no real good place for one in the smaller room.

Cute, cozy, clean house! We just needed a quick stop to get some sleep before going to the nearby airport in the morning. There were dishes of all kinds available to use, I'm not a coffee drinker, but there was coffee and a pot to make it with, and a jug of water with clever dispenser. We got in very late, but it was a breeze to get into the property with a quick code that is provided shortly after payment. Rick was very friendly and welcoming. There are outlets all over the house, so we had plenty of choices of where to plug in when we settled down. If we use this airport again, I will most definitely look to see if this property is available. WiFi is available, and the pw is provided at the same time as the door code. However, we did not use it, so I can not comment on its reliability. The bedrooms are a bit on the small side, but this is the same price as a hotel, and this property is double the space with the added privacy.

There's nothing that I didn't like. It was clean, which is my number 1 priority.

The host had supplied several amenities: shampoo, body wash, coffee maker, bottled water, paper towels, etc. The place was cute and comfortable and clean. The host was prompt in answering when I texted.

Furniture and beds could use updating adequate yet worn out and uncomfortable, suggestion upgrade to a bigger size television to accommodate to size of the room!
