The breakfast was not great poached eggs sat in water. Bacon was incinerated and the toast was soggy in the middle, but the view was great.

The location looking out over the water is fantastic really enjoyed the view at breakfast. Swimming pool area is glamorous.. The quality of the fitments in the public areas are great. However, the room was looking out over the air conditioning units and was extremely noisy, the bath too small. The staff are very helpful.

Our room (304) was certainly one of the less attractive rooms from the others we saw. The space could’ve been utilized better to include a mini fridge and storage.

Loved the pool deck, pool bar, hotel bar and restaurant. Great location just 10 mins from the beach.

The day I arrived it was hot summer day they open it on mondays to the public for the pool so it was packed no where to relax I feel that was a disadvantage to those staying there.

The rooms were tiny and all of the electrical outlets were old and would not hold a plug to charge our electronics. Light bulb was out at bedside table. No room for 2 suitcases to unpack. We were only there one night, passing through but it was tight for 2 people with standard luggage.

Service issues spoiled the stay. A housekeeper entered our room around 8 a.m. while we were sleeping, and our key cards stopped working about 30 minutes before check-out. After four trips to the front desk we still couldn’t access the room; a staff member finally opened it with a master key and smirked. Overall, the tone felt cold.

Lovely historic building on the river with charming interiors, nice views, and a pleasant pool area. The location is convenient for exploring Red Bank.

The logistics of navigating the hallways, stairways, etc. were not easy. My room was on the bottom level, and the elevator did not go down to that level.

The room was very small and not ideal for 2 people to get ready for an event. The sheets on the bed were ripped. The outlets are very old and our plug ins fell out of wall

The room originally assigned to us was really small on the 2nd floor . 1 window, with a huge venting system blocking the view. It should never be an available guest room. We were late checking in, so I assume it was the last one left in our category. Anyway, the front desk girl found another one on the lower level around the pool and that was fine and we were happy. Just mentioning this to make sure to confirm your room type. I thought I booked a double queen, but it was only 1 queen in our original room.

Layout and no easy Access to lower level rooms. Quite a hike to bring bags and luggage. No real bellboys or assistance. Definitely disagree with white glove service.

Size of room, location of TV, small elevators that seemed to always be filled with people. I had to wait for several full elevators to pass.

The Inn was quite pretty but my room 304 was much much smaller than expected. The TV being on the side of the bed just doesn't make sense and the bathroom door did not close properly. I also found it odd that my friends who were on the first floor, didn't have an ice machine on the floor-not that I could find. Other than that the accommodations were fine.
