Location,room,,hospitality everything was perfect from check in until we left! Restaurant across the street it was an amazing experience! Pool jacuzzi and the views was very breathtaking and so peaceful at night everything that you would look for on vacation. The only thing I say was wrong was the fact that we didn’t stay longer 😂😂😂 excellent service

The hotel is really nice, with 2 pools and private beach acsses. The staff is super nice, and the location is great. The view from the 11th floor was beautiful. Would definitely come back here.

loved the balcony- went to get away from the cold so really enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the beach and city views. Upper level pool was a bit warmer so could actually swim a bit in Jan.-ocean too cold for me. Took free trolley to get to restaurants when we didn't want to walk. Liked the rental bikes-rode down to the end of S. beach. Liked the quiet location.

The apartment and building can use some tlc, updates and small repairs. Next time we will probably use the mid week cleaning services for which you can pay extra.

Location. Pools, Beach and Gym. Family had the most wonderful time. Also liked that you can order salads drinks and snacks from the kalypso whilst being on the beach. Good communication prior to arrival. Everything was taken care of.

What I missed about the property was the lack of employees, basically no housekeeping, you had to wash your own beach towels, and bath towels. There was only one person behind the front desk. I missed the resort feel of employees around the hotel.

I liked the apartment,the valet service. Quiet, family oriented.

I think they could have turned down the AC a little because when the patio door was shut it got extremely cold. But other than that the experience was exceptional.

We arrived early around 10am on the first day of our reservation, and they let us know that check in was at 4pm. When we landed and got to our hotel they immediately checked us in and let us go into our room. And on the last day of our stay our flight got pushed back and they let us check out at 5pm instead of 11am as said on the website. It was a additional $65 for the late check out but it was completely worth it in my opinion because they didn't have to do that.

My only complaint would be the bathroom 😫 It was clean but too little 😪 especially for the size of the apartment .

Unfortunately I didn't partake in breakfast .. honestly I don't even know if any was provided . My room was equipped with a kitchen so we prepared breakfast and relaxed on the balcony . The room truly exceeded my expectations !! I saw the pictures and read the reviews before booking however , it was above and beyond !! THAT VIEW .. PRICELESS .. THE CLEANLINESS .. THE SPACE .. EVERYTHING WAS ON POINT !!!

the view was amazing as well as the balcony. Loved just sitting there watching the ocean. The pool on the 5th floor was awesome and the beach was a quick walk away. Loved that they had chairs and an umbrella available for free for guests to use. May was the perfect month to visit!
