Our room was dirty. I had to clean it before anyone could use the bathroom. And there were piece of chips on the floor everywhere.

We loved how close it was to the boardwalk. Also further down the boardwalk then we are used too! Which was great since they stopped the tram car this year.

The spa tub in the room did not look like the one in the picture when I booked online. The parking lot has small spaces, so there is a high possibility of your car being dinged up when opening doors.

Smooth check-in process. I booked the room with a spa tub, which worked perfectly. The rooftop has an amazing view of the city and sunset. The bar tender Jonna is the absolute best!!!! The hotel is located within walking distance to everything, and the beach and boardwalk are right behind it. If you are hungry, you have plenty of options, and the bonus is that the hotel gives you a coupon book that can be used in many places nearby.

The bathroom was very dated. Needs a new toilet. The one we had had shims under it. It moved a lot. The shower had a broken handle.

Advertised heated pool inside hotel, it was not heated, jacuzzi on roof top wasn't working, you just sat in a warm tub and the roof top bar didn't open due to staffing issue, not great experience, these are the extra amenities you pay for

The air conditioner in the room could have been better. At night it was hot and made my sleep uncomfortable.

The property was strategically placed. A three minute walk to the boardwalk and beach was amazing. I could take my little ones and walk to the beach and boardwalk any time of the day. Also close was several different places to eat and get snacks. Ice cream and funnel cake were at our disposal. The size of the room was great and it was very comfortable. The rooftop pool was amazing and allowed my kids to swim and have fun. Will travel and stay at this property again in the future.

Facility was not very clean. Not filthy, but not clean. Pot smoking down the hall, no front desk response when we were out of shower gel. Coffee pot was FILTHY. Clearly they only clean surface things. Linens were fine but shower had mold. No hangers in the closet, the elevator was not always working right. Just a lot of little things that add up

The rug was wet when we came in, and it had a weird smell. There was no towels, we asked the guy at the desk for towels and house keeping never brought them to our room. Also the second lock came off the wall.

Front desk was rude when checking in. One staff member left in the middle of a rush leaving one person to deal with everything. Had to pay for premium parking. One of the nights very distinct smell of weed on our floor when there shouldn’t be any smoking on the property. One elevator only and not enough carts to take luggage up to rooms had to make multiple trips. Staircase was the option most of the time. Super dated shower and bathrooms. Had mold on the wall of the shower.

The location was great! Right on the boardwalk. Room was nice.

Our room wasn't very clean. Almost like they remade the beds but didn't put on clean sheets. Piles of sand were under the blankets and all over. Th3 pull out couch had melted gummies stuck to it and the springs were popping out so hard to sleep on for the kids. Def needed to be updated. The shower barely worked or water came out to wash your hair.
