Did not get the room I paid for and reserved on line thru booking.com it was not handicap access. No vending machines of any kind. Light bulbs missing in room, stained bedding dirty carpet.

Holes in the sheets & blankets. The toilet kept stopping up & would finally flush after an hour or so. & the shower handle when turning it on came right off..

The toilet was hard to flush. We stayed three days and nights over the weekend and there was NO working television at all. I had to use my own wifi too. I have small children so that was unfortunate.

Construction going on in the morning early hours, location of room to office, and I don't think it's was worth the money I paid. If it's under construction I would make that be known and update the pictures because they are very misleading.

Are sheets were dirty. There was a blood stain on the sheets. Chair was broken. They need to learn how to mop the bathroom floor, behind the door the tile was dirty in the corner.

Door didnt fill jam space, let in lots of traffic noise….24 hrs. Chair in room was found with front legs broken but placed under chair. Good that we didnt sit in it, it would have given way. No bowls provided for cereal. I mentioned it to manager first morning. Still no bowls second morning. Glad to checkout and move to a different, quieter location. It was ok but wont recommend to anyone

Ice machine was not working. Coke machine was not working. Bathroom doors needed repairs. It was loud because it's too close to the highway. Breakfast is minimal!!! Price was too high for the accommodations!!!!

The AC did not keep up with the heat in SeptemberTthe Entry door had duct tape and boxes coveringment threshold. The electric lock took several attempts to open. The TV did not work There was a llot of Road noise in the unit, I-35 is about 200ft close.

The bed was comfortable and the mini-fridge did keep my beverage cold. Thats a win.

That I already paid and booked the room with a confirmation number and when arrived I was told that there wasn't any more king rooms but would charge me the price of room I already paid for. We had to wait about 20 minutes to get the room I booked because it wasn't cleaned or clean. They did a rush job of just remaking the bed and grabbing the one set of dirty towels and never replacing them. Floors were gritty and dirty.

The location and price was decent for the event that we were going to.

Road noise was constant from I-35. I’m getting there and finding that there is a $40 deposit makes it feel like a shady joint. And it does not come off automatically you have to go back in the morning and request it. And then the transaction is done and then maybe three days later it is available. About 1:30-3:00 am a crackhead was making that tapping noise. 😡 But I don’t think mgmt can be blamed directly for that.

The price for the area was good. The room was equipped well. The operators are hard-working folks, I admire that.

To close to the highway, comforter had holes in it and it wasnt clean, no water pressure in the shower, had a hole in bathroom door, tiles missing in bathroom and dirt in the corners, breakfast only consisted of 2 cereals, or a honey bun, no juice

The handicap room was extremely UNaccessible. The bathroom door was broken, and I could not get through with my walker. Maintenance had to remove the door, so we lost our privacy. The shower was not a walk-in as photos advertised, and the shower chair was broken.

The bed was very comfortable.

It was unclean, bugs, ashtray Asked for non smoking room, wasn't clean, stains on carpet, bed were okay. Traffic was loud off interstate and there was a disturbance at 3 am in the morning.
