The parking garage/lot is owned by the hotel, the additional $16 to park is unreasonable. Especially with the parking garage being a 3-5 minute walk from the lobby. The “river view” is not worth an upgrade. The sliding door for the bathroom and wardrobe is tacky and limits privacy. Water pressure seemed to be low.

The lobby and surrounding areas were very inviting and were well kept. The Starbucks on site was very good. The food from the restaurant room service menu was very tasty.

Check in confusion about the card payment and having left the property and checked my bank statement I still think I have been overcharged. The other guests were noisy during the evening midnight - 2am, slamming doors etc, and knocking on our door to wake us up.

We really liked the room allocated to us.

Didn’t find the bed very comfortable. Was given free breakfast vouchers for signing up for a perks account but the breakfast area told us we couldn’t use them. Tried to charge $40 for two continental breakfasts. Was able to get it fixed with front desk but they tried to do it again with our other breakfast voucher the next day so we didn’t end up using it. Had to pay for parking in the lot which we didn’t know.

Very nice setting right at the Mon River Trail. Friendly and very helpful staff. We had our bikes with us and were very glad that we could keep them secured in our good sized room.

We were not able to swim in the pool because it was green along with the hot tube. Look like scum or algae on the bottom. I did not feel safe letting my family swim in there.

1 woman was the hostess, waitress server and busser. You advertise a prime steak house and this place was hopping. 2 private party and huge conference in another hall and 1 woman to run the rest of the restaurant. You should have closed it. Then the next morning I guy to be the host, waiter server and busser. The chef delivered our food and was sitting people.

Parking is a bit far away from the hotel, but the ramp is the only place to park and at least you can walk through the buildings to get there.

We love the location along the river with direct access to the river path. It was our second time staying here as an overnight as we drove north. One can walk to restaurants and ampitheater on the path. The room was large and modern. Very comfortable.

Gap in bathroom door allowed all noises to be easily heard in the room. The lighting was poor. Hard to read or play games. Guests next door had volume way up on TV before 5 A.M. You could hear guests in other bathrooms.
