It’s on one way street, i turn around the corner the staff requested to come back and park in front of the building, it took me additional time in late evening to figure this out. The entrance to the hotel has steps and even though there was a doorman, he didn’t help me with my suitcase. There was no coffee maker in the room, but there was a complimentary coffee in the lobby.

It’s a very nice, clean hotel and the location was great. It was close to convention center, visa vsf center. Has valet parking.

The property is decorated in a Chinese Empire style, and they spent a few bucks to do it, so it is stylish, not corny.

Everything exceeded my expectations with a possible exception of a persistent, faint, knocking noise like a door, constantly opening and closing below me, but it did not keep me up or interfere in anyway with my comfort.

Bery impressive from the time I arrived on my motorcycle. Great service in parking at underground in their facilities. Dawit (sp) was exceptional. I found all the staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again when in Washington DC.

Upon closer inspection, it seems that a moth was somehow able to get into the room & hide. On Saturday night, as I laid down to sleep, I felt something and noticed a small, crawling insect I couldn't quite describe on the mattress that I subsequently knocked away and hopefully got underfoot. Seeing as I had suffered a number of bug bites over the weekend with only a very limited time outside, it was either a case of this bug perhaps getting in from a crack in the floor moldings somewhere in the hotel, or it came with me into the room on Friday or Saturday night. Given how the hotel is a bit on the older side, I can see how it's possible that some bugs could make their way into a weakened section, but there's no guarantee of that having been the case; rather, I'll simply chalk it up to my not noticing the bite sensations on my arms and my legs on the days I was present. It's most likely my own fault & some bad luck of being the target of bugs in the summer, so I cannot rightly call this a case against the hotel; even so, as a precaution, it's probably worth checking around the floor moldings just in case there are signs of insect intrusion to the property, no matter how minute it might be. That would bring this up from what should reflect a 9.5 rating (not 9.0) to a 10.

The location was optimal for getting to the nearby convention center for a weekend event. The room was more or less comfortable overall, with enough to get me through the weekend. With ample space in the bed for the queen room, there's little to suggest an issue except possibly the support level of the mattress in the particular room; however, seeing as I own a Tempur mattress, this is really a subjective bias on my part, so you may have a better time with it & be able to fall asleep sooner.

I love the location.Door-men treated us like we were celebrity.Place was clean , House keepers doing an excellent job .Next visit will be a longer stay ,and we'll be getting a bigger room. Hoping you all will keep up the standard..And one little request lower the valet fee
