The shower did not work and the tap head came off in my hand. When I complained about this, I got a reluctant “sorry I’ll speak to my manager” a partial refund would’ve been more acceptable.

The husband was nicer, he had better customer service skills, then his wife and hotel staff(cleaning ladies) were nice .

The location was close to a park and the beach. The family suite was perfect. We are a family of 7.

Beds were a little uncomfortable, but reallly nothing is like your own bed at home.

Owners were very friendly and always available if needed. They were able to accommodate my request for 2 adjacent rooms. The Inn is located right off the freeway providing easy access to get to the Embarcadero and beaches. The room, beds and bath were clean.

Old building, missing battery in smoke detector, found bottles under furniture and someone else's soap in shower. Wanted us out as soon as possible so they could ready the room for the next customer, but wouldn't let us book in early.

Center patio area had a lot of "stuff" - clothes, toys, etc. Wish TV had a bit more than 12 channels - or even a smart TV so we could stream from our phones

The hotel manager and cosmetics of the rooms.

The hotel was good, but I reserved Excectutive Suite with two rooms. There was a hole in the bathroom door and the rooms could use a touch up on the paint. If I pay top dollar for there best rooms I expect issues of this nature to be fixed, not a eye sore. The hotel manager was hard to understand his English and kept demanding my wife's credit card. I explained that she will not be present for my stay but she is the one who reserved it for me. It took a while for him to understand that this is payed for already, but he finally caught on. Could not check in early at all. Check in person was very mean. There were very strong aromas in the office. The very small balcony was not clean at all. Wasn’t very comfortable opening the door to let fresh air in.

The facilities were dirty. The lobby smelled like food and heavy spices. The rooms were musky and not well kept. Dust and powder from carpet cleaner was visible in every corner of the room. The walls in the restroom were dirty. The tv didn’t work well and over all for the price I don’t think it was worth it. We weren’t told when to expect house keeping and we were asleep missed her. I went to lobby for extra towels to be told I should’ve got them from her (housekeeping) because it’s too hard to get towels. The older lady was rude, snappy, and visibly annoyed.

I liked that this property was easy to find and a short distance from the beach.
