I love their "leave the clean up to us" policy. But I wished there was a broom available for every day tiddying. The record player and dryer didn't work, but those literally could have been decorations... giving them the benefit of the doubt there simply because it was perfect for what it is.

The Location was perfect. Secluded enough that you felt alone but just a short drive into town. The atmosphere was everything. Cute, cozy, very interesting selection of books. It gave passing through vibes. You could tell travelers left a little of themselves throughout the cottage . It was a lovely touch. Very easy

I arrived at night so I wish there were some of those sensor lights because wow it was very dark. Or, arrive early when still bright outside. Comforter looked old and dirty as well as the rug in the bathroom. When you rent the suite, it does not mention that 1. the bathroom is outside the room, 2. living area is a shareable place.

Definitely a good spot for a family that wants to get away from the city and be in the nature like old school. Premises were clean.

Road to cabin was a bit rough for a new Cadillac to drive on...had we known the road condition we would have driven our pickup instead of new Cadillac. Did not feel safe due to no curtain on door that we could not lock at entrance. Bathroom could be viewed by person entering front door.

That it was secluded and gated the property was secluded, but we as guest was gated by fence and made you feel very comfortable

Then it was so peaceful I mean it just makes you feel like you’re in another state and it’s just forget about what’s going on on the other side of Post Road. It’s a major difference even though it’s just a skipping location just makes it feel like that you are Away cause you really are mentally physically but it was great and we will not stop going. Thank you for the hospitality we extend our gratitude to you the owners and whoever’s responsible of putting this site together. Mosaic Hill is recommended to whoever wants a getaway from home on the other side of Post Road on the hill.

Exactly like it is advertised. It was perfect for my needs: nature, quiet, peaceful, friendly environment, could focus and get some work/writing done, lots of hiking and bicycling for me, and close to town for when I needed things. Was there a week and could have stayed longer. A true oasis for those who want a nature oriented vacation.

I don’t appreciate the fact that this was a lie! Pull up to a 10’ camper. Buyer beware. There are several “properties” on this listing and they’re now clear what you get until you show up to a ratty camper. I had to dispute the transaction on my American Express.

There was not a microwave in the kitchen. The items in the kitchen were old and not clean. Fridge was not clean. Very hot the first night. Had to call to have a window unit installed. The front porch had not been cleaned off for months. There was not a place to sit outside. Place needed to be cleaned up outside.

Everything! Just beautiful. The house itself was so interesting to explore. The pictures, the books, the decor I loved looking through it all! The scenery outside, beautiful. Watching the sunrise in the morning on the porch was a treat!

There was stained sheets, the room was poorly cleaned ie: trash left in waste bin from previous occupy, the floors were dirty and dusty, towels smelt mildew, toilet was horribly dirty.

Was not as advertised. There appeared to be a caretaker of some sort staying there. There were personal belongings in the cupboards that suggest someone living there long-term rather than a guest, like personal effects, recipes ... can't tell you more b/c it felt like snooping (?). If it was a guest, there really wasn't any reason to have non-related people sharing that much space w/out being clear about that in the listing and clear about what you can and can't do in the house. If it was a caretaker, they got wasted, came crashing home at 4 A.M., waking me, and then spent the entire day sleeping (snoring through the house from the downstairs bedroom door, still going strong at 8:00 A.M. in the morning, crashed on the "living room" couch at noon, asleep and snoring w/ the bedroom door open at 5 P.M.) It wasn't clear what were and weren't common areas. There was no check-in or check-out and no one really checking on you. Coffee service upstairs had nothing besides the coffee and a single packet of Stevia, and I wasn't sure if I was allowed to use the kitchen to make breakfast, etc. That area seemed to be for the downstairs person, whomever they were. The property was run down, the restaurant in the listing didn't exist, there was debris all over the property, the restroom was a bit beat up, and I left after the first night, basically paying over $200 for a single night's stay. Asked what they could do to make it right, but no response after 3 weeks and with no action taken, this is my review.

I was unaware it was a shared space until further reading. This could be clarified better. The guest suite bathroom was not in the room and was used as a shared space. The bathroom was not cleaned well, the shower rug was visibly dirty, and the shower itself looked like the guests we shared the house with had used it recently. The outside/private entrance door didn't have a covering or way to be private (built-in blinds would resolve this). The location itself is very woodsy, which overall is great except for the amount and size of the bugs (not anything that can be changed).

Location itself isn't too far from town. The home as a whole is cute.

There was little privacy for the Bungalow we were in. The patio did not have any covering which made it unusable due to rain. The ceiling fan was extremely loud and noisy making it unusable.
