Location was awesome, scenery was awesome. It was clean and comfortable and totally restful. The grounds keeper was skilled and the natural settings were picturesque everywhere you turned.

This location was breathtaking , the river view was exactly what I needed we slept with the windows open and the breeze and fresh air and beautiful waves made every last bit of this stay just perfect . Host was very nice and welcoming, I can’t wait to come back there. This place has become one of my favorite spots😀

I would recommend that in the cabin we stayed, at least one room should have 2 separate beds. Some guests prefer it this way. As for the pool, it is very beautiful, and very well maintained. If it can be a little heated, that's even better.

An amazing, invested and special place. We really enjoyed the silence of the place, and the sounds of the stream water flowing near the door and under the window of the cabin, At night it was an experience to walk the paths and look at the trees and the water illuminated by warm light. You can see that there is a lot of thought in the design of the place in such a way that each cabin receives its privacy and uniqueness. We would definitely go back again.

The rustic vibe , I felt like I was back in Europe by the towns of France . It was truly a relaxing place. I wish there was a fireplace , as it would be lovely to be able to have some wine near the rivers and waterfalls they have but it was amazing to be able to relax and disconnect from NYC’s disorganized noise !

The restaurant was closed, the office was closed, there is nothing around for miles, the shower doesn’t drain.

Outside hanging lights shone into windows at the top of the door. Should take out the window or hang a shade. Door between our room and the next one was causing all of what went on in the other room to be heard. It needs to be insulated better.

Lovely grounds. Angela is lovely and responded to our request for more towels. Room for was very clean and cute. Bed was very comfortable!

The tub and fridge needed to be cleaned better. The lights were too dim, and there wasn't much of an option to make the room brighter. There were no dressers, only 2 hangers and no iron or ironing board.

I loved the scenery outside. Phenomenal! I would go back just for that and maybe get the cabin instead. Having no TV in the room is a great idea.

Cellphone had 0 service. I had no bars which I of course would fall in fault of my carrier, but even with the WiFi that was available was very spotty. I couldn’t walk around the house because it would disconnect and the speed is very slow. That was probably the only downside to being here! Everything was great!!

The property is beautiful and tranquil, I loved strolling around and being the in pool.

I loved everything!!!! The cottage was fantastic and the deck view of the stream was so serene. The outside dinning was wonderful. The staff was amazing. Can't wait to go back!!!

Stopped at the Brооk cottage. Photos and descriptions of the number do not accurately convey the situation. When the family and people of different ages arrive, it is very important to understand all the details.

An amazing and special place. We really liked the silence of the place, and the sounds of the water flowing near the door and under the window. All this contributes to relaxation and a sense of peace. Very friendly and attentive staff. Homely, cozy atmosphere. Many thanks to Inna, the owner of this place, for creating such a cozy atmosphere. Pure and well-groomed territory. We were there in mid -July. The description indicated that it was not far from the lake. However, it turned out that we had to drive to the lake for about 15 minutes.
