You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe mattress was too firm which caused my hip to hurt and woke me up earlier than I wanted. People without pain due to damaged joints would be ok. I used the extra pillows but should have used them as soon as I went to sleep. There should be a slightly heavier blanket also. I microwave and a refrigerator on the floor or in the rooms would be better also. I need to freeze my ice packs and heat my heating pads up.
The water was nice and hot for a bath which I really appreciated because I have chronic pain and hot baths help tremendously.

United States of AmericaWe had booked two rooms at this hotel the same day to accomodate our family traveling from Dallas to Arkansas for a funeral. When we arrived to check- in they had already charged my card ( which my confirmation email stated we wouldn't be charged until we arrived) then they told us that we couldn't stay because we didn't check-in before 6 p.m. so that was considered a no show. Mind you that there was no where listed in their policy these terms and conditions or else we would have never booked with them and we arrived before 12 a.m. Thankful to the kind staff at the hotel across the street for accomodating us after such a horrible experience providing us with two rooms at a discounted rate for a last minute booking.

United States of AmericaHelp public transportation no rideshare or Transit transportation to get anywhere. The evening help could not speak or understand English that much. No toiletries like shampoo liquid soap etc. And not even a vending machine or anything to eat on grounds.
I went to watch my son play college football during his junior year homecoming. It was a very reasonable price but there were no toiletries no coffee. Everything was for price. And because it was such a small town there was no transportation at hotel and only one taxi service with one driver who drove his personal vehicle. No doordash no way to get any food at the hotel. I ended up being stranded twice when it was very important especially when I was trying to catch the train back home which there was only one train at 4:00 in the morning on the weekend but no taxi, public transit, lyft, or Uber to get me there. I didn't know where to get any information in the hotel couldn't help I because they didn't provide transportation. I ended up spending my last 10 hours, instead of resting, calling every number I could think of. I ended up calling the local police. They ended up giving me a ride to the train station to catch my train.

United States of America1). It’s quite close to the Interstate - traffic noise was intrusive. Ask for a room on the side of the motel not facing the Interstate if you can. 2) Probably should have expected this, but I’ve not taken shampoo with me when staying in a hotel for years - you’ll need it if staying here - had to use bar soap to wash my hair. 3). WiFi access was a big issue for me. I couldn’t log on to the only Motel 6 guest option my iPad picked up in my room. If I walked down to the lobby, I could get other Motel 6 options, and even logged on in the lobby, but when I went back to my room, I lost access. One night I was able to get onto the McDonald’s free Wi-Fi, but the second night it wouldn’t let me on. 4) Again, this is probably something I should have expected (never stayed in a Motel 6 before) but amenities were sparse. The only microwave was in the lobby and there was no fridge in the room - things I’ve come to expect.
The room was clean, and everything was in good condition. The staff was helpful. Altogether, it met the minimum basic requirements to sustain life. But it is BASIC.
