United StatesIt's definitely a 2 star place. The hallway and stairs could use a good vacuum. The whirlpool tub in the room was very outdated. The bathroom is starting to show it's age. The LED lighting is extremely bright. I had to put a tshirt over it to "dim" it. The walls and door are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING. The bed wasn't the most comfortable.
The room we got had been somewhat updated. It had new flooring. It was fairly clean. The location is extremely convenient and right next door to a fast food place and across the street from a gas station.

It was local. Comfortable and relatively well maintained. However, there was no screen in the window. I prefer a cool night breeze for sleeping, rather than an air conditioner. Also, the shower only had cold, no hot water. Certainly not acceptable for someone on a business or family trip.

United StatesThe blanket is literally a brown sheet. You can see through it. When we ran the Whirlpool there was little black bugs around the tub. There was hair around the tub as well. All night there was a weird noise coming in our room. There was no trash can or soap in the bathroom. We had to figure out the tv ourselves as it was not programed to turn onto the cable TV. If you sat on the bed to hard you can feel the Box Spring underneath. The pillows have no been replaced in Years as they were oddly shaped and too small for the pillow cases. I could go on and on. I will not stay at this hotel again.
Location is great. It is right off the highway. There's a speedway and mcdonald's within walking distance of the hotel.

United StatesThis was the dirtiest and most run-down hotel I have ever been in. I was locked in because of a cancelled flight. The sheets, comforter and even the towels were dirty. The temperature was not adjustable either. I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my truck.

United StatesWhat I didn't like. Was the fact that even the simplest measures were just a hot mess. You guys have windows that still open with screams that are so gross that you can't leave them. Open here's thermostat, doesn't work and there was no due in the shower. The toilet was dirty. The sink was dirty. There was a blood smear on the wall. And what I could only assume is human feces as well? And I think the real fun feature of the whole day of night was that there was not a d*** vending machine and the whole building that had a singulate item for sale. I have never seen anybody go to like that. Except for the Walmart in Traverse City during Christmas in 2014. That lady doesn't have her job.
The price typically provides good value. However, in this case, we are doing a bell for anybody to come to a counter. And when they did come to the counter, they did bare minimum and did not direct this to any of the facilities which are in really weird places in that building. You guys also have no elevator which I'm sure is because you got around it in the 1980s, but. It's an ungodly hike for a person with 2 knee injuries. Also, you had no coffee. The room was very dirty. The bed was the softest Springs I've ever had. If there was even Springs in it, they might have been more flies than it was Springs, but remarkably the hot tub did not p*** garbage out of every hole. So for what it's worth? The guy cleaning your hot tubs keep that 1. People doing the beds.There was garbage behind them.The fridge was dirty carpet in my feet.But you also have no bag for laundry.And I thought actually the security features on the door were a little lacking
