The room smelled either damp or with strong musky dog odor. The shower curtains at one of the room was moldy and worn. The mattress in the same room was worn and sinks. Honestly, the place needs a bit of upgrading. Dog poo all around near the fences within the property.

I like the location. It’s easy to walk around without a car. Many restaurants, Hagen supermarket is few minutes walk away. Its value for money and staffs were cordial and hospitable.

It is RIGHT on I-5, so it is incredibly loud. I would recommend earplugs- even my good earplugs couldn't quite keep the noise out. Heating/cooling was a little on the fritz as well.

Well maintained for being an older motel. It was super, super clean, which is more than I can say for most hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful. HUGE bonus that I was allowed to have my cat without paying a pet fee.

Fridge didn’t seal, I had to fix it. Shower curtains were moldy. We were told that fridges and microwaves were a privilege when we reported that the fridge didn’t seal.

I liked the flexibility the staff had. We had to change rooms a couple times.

Lots of really bizarre noise during this portion of my stay. Staff is okay with any sort of noise as long as it's outside quiet hours; in one single night, from 10pm until about 4 am, there was a shouting match complete with repeated door slamming, someone else practicing running in place on the second floor, and someone who had brought their own vacuum to use every 2-3 hours overnight, then later the next day, every 30 minutes. Another day, someone was making very disturbing howling/moaning noises for several straight hours, interrupted only by another bout of screaming. Staff need to do more to address bizarre and bothersome behavior. I was also put in a less clean room than my last stay, and eventually discovered water damage/leaking yellow water from the floor above. Hope it doesn't drip on me while I'm showering. My first stay was much better; quality of rooms, and respectfulness of other guests, is very inconsistent.

Linens (towels) seemed “used” only one bath towel (large) and it didn’t appear very clean -just very “worn”actually. It’s important to have nicer towels.

The room smell like pee I disclosed this before checking out my dog was on her period and had diapers on so she didn't do anything in the room. And the TV is burning out it's got four white spots but was mostly using for background noise so it wasn't a major issue. The shower is very weird the shower lay out is very inconvenient and cramp but I was able to get hot water and that is most important to me.

I like the location I like that it's pet friendly very much hassle free no pet deposit I like the little patch of green grass for dogs with doggy poop bags and trash can right next to it didn't have to go looking for a trash can so that was good. Overall I've been in much worse and I really like coming up to Bellingham on my days off so I will be back.

The heater is not working right it's just set Lock on the temperature of the thermostat , we can't even change the temperature but it's keep coming back to the number where it set and the rooms i like walls and bathroom walls and doors s a lot of stained like coffee splatter or something every where in the room the whole room even the bathroom and doors not clean it's disgustin.
