The mattress was just a little too firm and the pillows too soft. And the maid only took out the trash but didn’t make the bed. The clerk didn’t show up to check me in for ten minutes and didn’t show up to check me out for almost that long.

I did not eat breakfast but the room was a good size, pleasant and clean.

The staff is most helpful with your needs. And understand go about your needs. The jentalman clerk (Stephen) is a responsible young man. And has helped in great full ways. Has gone above and some to help my stay most enjoying stay. much respect to Steven.

AC unit ran like a broken down diesel. Literally couldn't hear anything on the TV unless the volume was over 70 if the AC unit was running. I told management and they said they'd see to it. Never did.

Pillows are small and flat. Only two per bed and needed two per person. Floor in room was uneven and needed steaming as it was slightly sticky to walk on Bair footed. Time to pull out & put away some of the covid tables and.signage.

The staff was very rude to my special needs son. I asked for no room service and they continue to knock on my door every morning. One of the gentleman was very impressive of my son and told me that if my son game I mean any more problems cuz I would be out of the hotel even though you don't understand anything.

Rooms were spars and lamps had mold on them. The hallways smells like roach spray. Water pressure sucks and doesn't get very hot. Room key/ door doesn't work properly.

The place is in pretty bad shape, looks like the owner had some non professional do the up keep. There was an issue with the door the last night and weren't able to come and go without one of us staying in the room. Lock malfunctioned and would no longer read the door card key. Bed was not comfortable, tv was not clear, all vending machines take cash only no card. The place is just really unkempt, out dated.. strong smell of curry through out the 3rd floor. Just a tacky motel. None of the lamps worked, no USB ports,
