The 1st room they put me in was never cleaned. The bed was messy, and there was blood in the sink and a wet towel by the sink. Then they moved me to another room, and that room had roaches. I killed 5 of them. Also, there was a lot of dirt around the baseboards. The lock was broken, so I did not feel really safe. The receptionist was nice and tried to make things better, but I ended up leaving early because of the bugs.

The person at the counter was very nice.

My room wasn't very good I had a towel that had mold on it and looked like spots of blood but not really sure. The tables where sticky and had stuff still on them like they hadn't been wiped off

The sheets and towels were stained. There’s no weatherstripping under the door and bugs or inside constantly. Relatives of the workers are living on the property. I had to go down to the front desk eight out of 10 days to get towels. I also had to take out my own trash. We had actual room service with changing of the sheets, one time. an extremely old couple did the maid service and the gentleman could barely walk. They never cleaned the floor. The bottom of the tub had black goo on the outside. The children of the workers constantly ride bikes, run up and down the hallways. The AC made an incredible amount of noise. There was no breakfast, nothing on site at all. A razor cost me two dollars out of a vending machine.

That my husband had cancer he had a feeding tube he eats from and because one of their towels had food on it he said I had to pay 10 dollars for the towel.

There was red sauce or bbq or ketchup Or some kind of spilled sauce that was on and around all the counters and all down the sides of the beds and beside both of the beds (bed by door was worst) and there was some kind of red sauce and nasty spill of something on the walls. And the toilet had been used and not flushed and stunk upon us arriving and there was Only 1 towel and wash cloth was given for a three guests reservation we had to go get additional towels and was only giving towels no wash clothes to use and no complementary soaps or shampoo or anything that the registration said would be there upon arrival and .the Microwave and fridge were disgusting and not cleaned out. And the bed sheets were nasty and smelled like dirty body odor and had a lot of dirt and hair on them and spots that looked like the sheets where never washed and the floors had mud or poo smeared on them not exactly sure what that was but it wasn't pleasant at all and the phone in the room did not work at all so we couldn't even call the front desk on it

Location was good price was okay to keep my child out of the cold from outside but overpriced for dealing with the nastiness on the beds and floors and fridge and microwave

Room not ready upon arrival. Bedspread on bed had cigarette holes in it. Toilet seat was loose. Nightstands now wiped down still had crumbs on it. Was never told anything about breakfast or were it was at.

The whole experience and entire time. Priceline/booking.com screwed me and totally dropped that me ball on my reservation. Had to pay twice as much for a room that I didn’t even want.

I was given a room in the area of the motel with noisy people that live there on a long-term basis. I came back from work one day and my bed was stripped-down and never made.. The desk clerk did take time away from his duties and make up the bed. Clean towels are only given out on a nrequest basis.

Our room was very clean - but we didn't have a working TV, no desk chair, no sitting area, water was brown when coming out of the pipes at first. Would have liked coffee in the room. People working outside the room, and a man walking up and down the outside - looking inside the room was a bit unnerving.

The check in was easy and the staff was very helpful.

This Motel was undergoing remodeling. All the rooms were being worked on. Sparsely furnished and the workers were noisy after 5pm. I booked the room for two day but only slept there one night.
