United StatesThe 1st room they put me in was never cleaned. The bed was messy, and there was blood in the sink and a wet towel by the sink. Then they moved me to another room, and that room had roaches. I killed 5 of them. Also, there was a lot of dirt around the baseboards. The lock was broken, so I did not feel really safe. The receptionist was nice and tried to make things better, but I ended up leaving early because of the bugs.
The person at the counter was very nice.

United StatesThe sheets and towels were stained. There’s no weatherstripping under the door and bugs or inside constantly. Relatives of the workers are living on the property. I had to go down to the front desk eight out of 10 days to get towels. I also had to take out my own trash. We had actual room service with changing of the sheets, one time. an extremely old couple did the maid service and the gentleman could barely walk. They never cleaned the floor. The bottom of the tub had black goo on the outside. The children of the workers constantly ride bikes, run up and down the hallways. The AC made an incredible amount of noise. There was no breakfast, nothing on site at all. A razor cost me two dollars out of a vending machine.

United StatesThere was red sauce or bbq or ketchup Or some kind of spilled sauce that was on and around all the counters and all down the sides of the beds and beside both of the beds (bed by door was worst) and there was some kind of red sauce and nasty spill of something on the walls. And the toilet had been used and not flushed and stunk upon us arriving and there was Only 1 towel and wash cloth was given for a three guests reservation we had to go get additional towels and was only giving towels no wash clothes to use and no complementary soaps or shampoo or anything that the registration said would be there upon arrival and .the Microwave and fridge were disgusting and not cleaned out. And the bed sheets were nasty and smelled like dirty body odor and had a lot of dirt and hair on them and spots that looked like the sheets where never washed and the floors had mud or poo smeared on them not exactly sure what that was but it wasn't pleasant at all and the phone in the room did not work at all so we couldn't even call the front desk on it

The desk clerk did take time away from his duties and make up the bed. Clean towels are only given out on a nrequest basis.

United StatesOur room was very clean - but we didn't have a working TV, no desk chair, no sitting area, water was brown when coming out of the pipes at first. Would have liked coffee in the room. People working outside the room, and a man walking up and down the outside - looking inside the room was a bit unnerving.
