I’ve found and killed 3 roaches. There were not enough power outlets or power strips.
The bed was so cool and comfy for me.

Smelled terrible and looked weird. The guy at desk was rude and creepy like. He had me ready to leave when he said NO GUEST. What kind of establishment doesnt let you have guest visit or whatever. Thats insane. Over all you get what you pay for.
Nothing I checked in late and walked back to my car and never returned.

It shows pictures of a pool and when putting 'pool' into my search options it still showed this. Also, the fire alarm woke us up at 3:55 am for a false alarm.

Elevator door open and close so slow. We were told to just push it open. Not a good idea considering the fact that elevator injuries happen everyday. Some by unconsciously placing hands on elevator doors as we walk out. Huge safety issue. No microwave in room, No iron No blow dryer No shampoo/conditioner/lotion. Quadruple beds? Would have preferred a queen for our stay. No type of breakfast at all

Didn’t like had roaches in room, guy lied n said he was manager then I found out Jackie was the manager. Jackie Gave me roach spray n I showed him the roaches. Move to room 202 n had problem getting in room with card cause they had not switch. Another two walk right in on us. Lucky we had clothes on. I should have gotten a day of fee off. Still waiting on my receipts

I didn’t like some of the staffs, I didn’t like the fact there wasn’t any microwaves in the room, and they had tissue covering up holes that need to be fixed.

Got to the hotel after 10pm and it was actually noisy. I couldn't sleep. There was a club/bar across the street and the band/DJ was playing their music really loud. I was on that side of the hotel. Missed breakfast if it was served. I don't know if it's a romantic area.
The front office was staffed late. I was on the third floor and I don't do stairs too well, so an elevator was nice. They were supposed to serve breakfast but I finally got to sleep and got up late.

next door to the room, there was some type of construction,until about 7,music and workers was loud,did feel comfortable sleeping,people where hanging outside on the bench drinking acholic beverages,booking.com,said arrival time 3:00 a.m,tried to check in and reservationist,pointed to a sign,that stated check in at 4:pm,had to make other last minute arrangements til check in time,also lost a black sweater,that was never turned in by housekeeping,at checking , I'm just standing at the desk,a lady from the desk was on the phone,looked at me and continued on ,then the receptionist was sitting at the waiting area,with ear bugs in both ears and the lady called out her name 3 or 4 times,asking her was she going to work,the young lady stated,I was waiting on you, tension,very unpleasant and unprofessional,so my day and night wasn't the best

Tub faucet leaked. The NO VISITORS policy I understand, but was a bit much since my boyfriend lived in the apartment complex next door and it would have been nice to have him check on my cat while I was at work.

Front Desk Employee Rude as heck... Pissy look 247, and rude rude rude Female only. Other staff, housekeeping nice. Just that one that works evening shift, think she lives here... Just an total ...read between the lines..she's that and more. Left door key in room and it was literally an beg to give me another I was so tired from my travels and she made it longer for me to get to my room and rest... Raed the other reviews on this Hotel .. all the negative must be about her.. she really needs to be fired.
