United StatesThe bed was like sleeping on a plastic bag with how uncomfortable and how much noise it made when you’d roll around. The pool looked cloudy and uninviting. The bathroom, though large, gave the same impression as a gas station bathroom. Within a 5 minute span of time I killed 2 separate bugs in the bathroom. The toilet paper had mold on it and couldn’t be used. Ended up cutting my stay 4 days short.
The location is extremely convenient.

United StatesFighting in the neighboring rooms and hallways and lobby waking us up at night. Feeling a bit unsafe with the people coming in to "hang out" that weren't staying there. I realize it's cold and the homeless shelter is there but this was more like a men's dorm or a dirty hostel than a hotel. We probably won't stay again unless it was WAY cheaper. We didn't have shampoo or conditioner in the room. The towels smelled like sweaty armpits and were not clean. The room looked good at first glance but was actually really dirty. Give your cleaners more time. I woke up with itchy bumps on me so I am wondering if you have bedbugs....
