You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI had to pay $11.00 extra for the ADA handicapped room. It was equipped with a BROKEN shower chair, a towel bar that fell off the wall immediately after just touching it, and a refrigerator that never got cold in 2 and a half days.

United States of AmericaThe first rooms they tried to give us 1 room had cockrouch in bathroom 2nd room had ants coming out of heater/AC unit. They did give us 2 suites with no bugs but the couches they expected someone to sleep on we stained and dirty. I couldn't even sit on them I asked for extra sheets and covered them up. We also found weed in one of the suites and if you had to walk the hallways you would get a contact high. I definitely will not be staying at a motel 6 again. 1 bed in each room for 3 people was not enough but like I said the couches were nasty and I would not even let my worst enemy sleep on them.

The man in a wheel chair taking off his pants in front of the washing machine to wash them. The people across the hall screaming as loud as they could in a foreign language at midnight. The carpet in the hallway has so many stains you don't know if it's body fluids or what... then thinking I booked 5 nights to come back to my door key not working and being told I was called several time when I was never called. Then had to pay for another night to get to my stuff in my room...I will ne er stay at another motel 6..

Except no breakfast offered, it reasonably priced and comfortable.
