Room was acceptable but didn’t feel that clean. Shower had bits of short black hair left over, and there was a long strand of blonde hair left on the bed, which gives the impression that perhaps these may be from numerous separate guests and the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned in between guests. The shower door didn’t close completely, and so the floor ended up being wet after taking a shower. Towel also had some stains on it. Still, everything was manageable and acceptable considering the price, but don’t expect luxury.

Worked well for an affordable place to sleep for the night. There were a decent amount of restaurants and gas stations with shops within walking distance.

They don't serve breakfast. The way we had to get our things via cart was a night mare do to there is only one way to get to elevator and ramp to getting stuff from car to cart then to room. That was frustrating and is only because of the way hotel was designed and accessibility to elevator. Also the ice machine was broke.

The night staff was amazing like always very friendly and polite and he always goes over and beyond for his customers.

The air conditioner only stays on 32 degrees. You may think that's cold but no. I had to open my window for the extra air. Thank God it was raining that night.

I was in room #213 and it was very clean and the inside of the refrigerator was cleaned also. Bed was super soft and fixed up really nice.

The customer service representative working night shift on May. 6th 2023 was rude. I asked was there any sitting area or could I use a seat to seat outside briefly. He responded aggressively mumbling. Then asked if they had disability accommodations he immediately gave detailed information on the sitting area by the swimming pool I could get to. Once outside I must say it was beautiful AND covered sitting area that I feel catered their visitors comfort.

The new upgrades. And the comfort of the location of the rooms they put me in. They are spacious and colorful which brings a sense of energy of productivity and inspiration. They have a smoking session upstairs and a non smoking down stairs. You can not smell any smoke in the rooms down stairs which caters to the restful comfort of the visitors.

There was no wheeled cart available to carry luggage to room. I had to carry a heavy ice chest, and I'm 66 years old and have a bad back and knees. The top hinge on the shower door was loose, forcing me to lift the door handle to close it. Soap supplied, but no shampoo.

I chose the hotel because it was the lowest price close to where I had to be. I only needed a place to sleep and shower, and recharge equipment. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful. The microwave, refrigerator and freezer were nice bonuses. I would definitely stay there again.
