Make sure the room doesn't smell and make sure it's warm in the winter and cooler in the summer or reduce your price. And have a bell at the front desk so when there's no one around we can at least ring the bell.

The actual room wasn't as nice as it looks on the website picture. It was cold and smell. I paid $93 for a night, that is too much for that room. It's worth more like $50 a night at the most. And not to mention, I had to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes with no one around, no bell to ring. You're standing there like... what is going on?? I won't come here again.

there was no coffee pot there was no dishes. when I asked the manager for a coffee pot and dishes, he said sorry someone must’ve stole them. When I booked the room, it’s stated it came with all of those items. There was no pots and pans and somebody Peed by the front door. When I was standing outside, it took them several hours to clean it after I brought it to their attention several times the dresser drawers were broken. I also booked the room for my friend who is disabled, and I selected a disabled room. We were placed on the second floor, with no access to an elevator.

I had to request another room due to the lack of cleanliness in the restroom. Blood in the shower!! The new room was across the hall from people who were up all night with loud music, barking dogs and crying babies. After hours staff isn't on site, only security. They didn't seem to care about the parties at 2am.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Studio Six had less then the bare minimum. No cups or glasses. I had to go to front desk where the clerk unhappily directed me to a drawer where there was some small plastic glasses. No coffee maker and just two threadbare towels. I would not stay there again.

With all due respect for the homeless, there were homeless drunks just outside the entrance. Luckily I arrived during the day and left during the day. But otherwise I would not have been happy getting out of my car.

A hotel cannot be inhospitable . If the owner doesn't have the means or doesn't care it needs to sell

The photos do not represent this property or the room I was in. The location is really not great and the parking garage is very sketchy and scary. The place needed a night security guard, but that didn’t make me feel safe. The whole interior smelled old and like old cigarette smoke.

The room was like an extended stay with full kitchen and full size refrigerator.

There is a very odd smell throughout the building and the rooms. The air conditioning in my room didn't work, and the room was as hot as an oven. The vending machines on the ground floor where out of water, and there were no cups in my room. If I didn't have a cup already with me, I would have been very thirsty. The neighbourhood itself is also pretty sketchy. Definitely not a place you want to go wandering around after dark.

About the only thing that I can recommend about this place is that it is definitely cheep. It's also relatively quiet despite being near a main road.

The whole place reeked of old cigarette smoke. Location is next to a dog daycare and the dogs barked constantly. The windows didn’t close all the way, so it was really noisy. The photos online DID NOT in any way at all match what we stayed in. No breakfast, really gross pool, scary parking area, no furniture in the rooms, terrible tv reception.

Hotel was filthy, trash piled up in hallways, room was dirty and bathroom was covered in hair. I was double charged and CAN NOT get booking to give me a refund even though they say there is no reason I should have been charged twice. Two weeks of attempts to get my money refunded and all I get are excuses as to why I can't get my refund.
