High crime! Drug activity and each time I stay at this particular property there has been police on property.
There was drug paraphernalia by pool gate, police department was at this property for a traffic stop, and first room I booked the toilet didn’t flush and had to upgrade room.. asked for discount due to faulty toilet and being Sunday no maintenance available. Manager did not honor. Cheapest rates in Redding and I stay at this property due to affordability.

Accessible rooms are outside the pool area, so you can’t park right outside your door. This makes moving in and out tedious. There was no change available for the washer and dryer and when it malfunctioned, the office staff said I had to contact the vendor.

Bed was soft and worn, shower head was way too low so I had to do a back bend to wash my hair, towel was rough like sandpaper, had a room on the far backside facing the highway which doesn’t have a sound wall so could hear the noise all night.
Hot water in shower, heater worked well, front desk staff was friendly.

I let my host at front office know the following morning that there was blood on the edge of the night stand and what seemed to be a couple of dried up Stains on bed sheets also bathroom had black mold at top right corner of wall. I would have let front office know upon my entry but was so exhausted from traveling as I was on my motorcycle that just laid back and fell asleep on opposite side of bed.

The room had damage to wall in bathroom that wasn't fixed. The floor was filthy and only one plug in the room so phone charging was inconvenient and parking was scarce.
It was quiet and location was good. We had two dogs with us and they stayed free.

# No water cooker in the room to make tea etc. # Motel is located a bit outside the center of Redding (which is ok) but the location close to interstate 5 is fairly busy.
# budget motel with reasonably priced rooms # Excellent for 1 night if you are in transit # 1 hour drive from Lassen Volcanic National Park # Good bed and shower.

The room was a standard double bed room. Had no fridge or microwave. The tub shower was very slippery. Had to buy a tub mat not to fall. There were cobwebs in the corners behind the door. No smoking in the rooms, they would stand outside of the room and smoke. Would have to walk by, Nasty. The ice machine was broken. Did not feel safe in the area. on the motel growns it was safe
We stayed two weeks because of a family emergency. The excepted our 2 dogs Staff was friendly They had coffee from 5am to 10am. Had to ask for hot water
