The walls in the room were very dirty and the floor.

I liked the location and the staff was great. Everything was in working condition except the two missing lamp shades.

Having to argue with CARL at Booking.com for an hour and a half, over 5 separate phone calls, in order to get checked into the room that I had already PAID for...

The desk staff at this property are AMAZING!! Their professionalism and go-to are over and above anything I've encountered in customer service in YEARS!! In fact, they almost balanced out the ATROCIOUS performance by Booking.com on this occasion.

Too loud next to interstate. People in room next door were partying all night. Room wasn't clean, cockroach in bed.

The receptionist at graveyard was very impolite and rude after I call and complain that there was bedbugs in my room and I asked to be moved .. she moved me but was very rude also they wouldn't let me check out late even after I told them that I had to switch rooms late at night because of the bugs and I wanted to sleep in a little longer they still refuse

Of the three wall mounted sconce lamps in the room only 1 had a shade and it was very badly cracked with big chunks of plastic missing. 😳 Room was clean, bed comfortable enough. Shower walls/pan was so badly stained I couldn't convince myself to use it despite needing a shower after traveling all day. Room was "non smoking" but reeked of smoke.

the room was supposed to be non-smoking, however it smelled with cigarettes. The sheets could have been cleaner. The swimming pool was advertised, but not in operation.

The shower didn’t work and was dirty (old dirt on the shower walls not new dirt- I’m sure it got cleaned for us) but to be fair we didn’t ring to ask reception to fix it, so we can’t complain about that. It was fine.

It was good for a sleep after arriving at 10 pm. The staff were nice. The beds were pretty comfy(but a few small cigarette holes in the sheets). It was easy to check in and pretty close to airport .

The pool wasn’t open, The lady at the front desk saw us 3 times and kept us waiting while she played in her phone, made calls, and sat there and stared at us for 10 minutes she finally helped us once her boss told her to help us. The room was shut and the beds had full blown indentations from years and years of use

It was a place to stay, it was nice because we only slept there

It's a good place for taking FAA written test. There are FSDO buiding and aviation school that can reach within 30 minutes near the hotel.

Room not ready when I got there, no cups, no shampoo, shower continually morphed from hot to cold to scalding to lukewarm. That's small potatoes compared to this: I told the office worker I needed a wake-up call at 2:15 am to ensure I catch my early flight. At 2:45 am when I left for the airport they STILL had not phoned me in the room. Thank God I always bring my own alarm clock as a back-up. It may have prevented me from missing my flight.

Price and proximity to airport. The clerk (Mandy) who checked me in was also very nice.
