Vending machines were empty and staff informed us it was better to go to the gas station. The room was mostly cleaned however we found dog food under a bed. We were unaware this location was pet friendly my daughter has allergies to pet dander so it would be nice if some rooms were pet free for these situations.
The staff was friendly at check in and check out. Room was comfortable.

Shower weak, water ran thru faucet while shower ran., There was no stopper in sink, exhaust fans or safety bars in shower. There was no fridge, coffee pot or anything in the rooms.
Location was convenient. Staff very nice, facility was clean.

The mattresses were way too firm for our liking.
It's very close to Cedar Point ,maybe around 10 minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The hot tub was wonderful. And kids had fun in the pool.

The side door key lock was broken, so I was instructed to prop it open when I took my dog outside. It would be nice if they had a grassy area for the dogs.
I travel with my goldendoodle. I asked for a room near a door so I could take him in and out, and they gave me a room next to the side door. The room was sparse but clean. I did not use the pool, but lots of kids were enjoying it. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this motel to anyone who travels with a dog.

Detail should be shown to cleaning. Corners, crevices, and wiping off all shelf space. The bathroom only had a cloth curtain for shower. No liner. Beds are one step above jailhouse beds. They are HARD. Pillows are comfy, though. The young man who checked us in was nice but spent the night talking on the phone instead of taking care of the couple having sex in the hot tub, the people smoking in the pool area or the drunk man staggering around near the pool. The lady who worked nights was a rude one. Booking advertises free breakfast but there isn't one.
Close to where I was going. Close to several restaurants. Well lit front parking lot. Close to highway. Indoor pool was clean. Bathroom in room was clean.

Facilities are dated and in need of some repair. Room was relatively clean but there were some areas that needed some TLC. Train was a little annoying but we managed to sleep through the night.
Friendly staff. Michael was very nice. Affordable. Perfect for a couple of days stay. Location was great. 17 minutes to Cedar Point. The kids liked the pool.

It took 20 minutes for someone to show up at the desk to check in, one of the walls in the room was dirty,the room didn't have a mini fridge and a microwave,and the TV would randomly change channels,plus there is a very active train track beside the hotel

The bathroom had a lot of caulk that had separated from the seams of the walls, the toilet seat finish had come off and it was starting to deteriorate.
They generously supplied a fan - the staff was extremely friendly and very welcoming.

The floor wasn’t carpet and the floor was dirty. The air conditioner didn’t work that well. The bed was uncomfortable.
I liked how close it was to the expressway and cedar point, I liked the pool and hot tub. The staff and front desk were really helpful and nice.

The only thing I didn’t like was a dog continuously barking throughout the hallway and I couldn’t rest well because of the noise also it didn’t help that the rooms aren’t sound proof. I could hear everything even the people talking outside and inside the building.
It was a good area and very considerate the people that work there. If there was a problem they would find a solution and help out.
