No microwave, the floor was so cold. Need carpet. Cold draft underneath the door. Had to put towels under the door to keep the cold air out. No extra towels that I asked for in advance. Staff had not washed yet. Unexceptable!! Outside grounds were very dirty. Had to take one of the pillow cases off because it was a Dingy gray, not clean at all. These things need to be addressed immediately for a better rating. Could definitely use a makeover.

The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. There was dust and hair on the toilet. The shower head was corroded with hard water. The floor was dirty. The microwave was filthy and the freezer looked like something had been spilled in it.
Clean sheets, towels and the mattress was very comfortable.

Rough area and people.
Commode did not flush on its own. Had to put water in top to be able to flush. Water leaking from refrigerator on floor.

The TV didn't work, neither did the phone when I tried to call the front desk. I think I was put in a smoking room when I had reserved a non-smoking room. There was a strong cigarette odor

We found one roach in room. Bed mattress was hard. The door seal allowed noise in the room. The bed cover was tattered with cigarette burn.
Room was big and roomy enough for disabled person.

The environment outside it was loud people coming and going all thru the night. People stomping up the stairs slamming doors. Homeless people sleeping next to the building. Overall seemed to be a bad location

The one big negative was not the hotel's fault but another guest lack of civility: had the TV at its loudest the whole night and made it impossible to rest.
Hotel was conveniently close to the expressway. Reception employees courteous and professional. Room large, clean and with laminate floors, not dingy carpet there! Amenities just two soap bars, expected for a 2-star hotel. No extra charge for pets. Free coffee in the reception are.

Dirty and smelly, very loud , shady looking people driving through, people fighting each other in parking lot.
The bed was very comfy so with using two white noise machines to drown out the noise we slept very well. Pets stayed free!

It was quite noisy up until around midnight with surrounding room noise. The room didn't smell clean. Had to go buy air freshener.

- everything. - entire surrounding. There are permanent residents living in this venue, being loud entire nite, Smoking weed. All in all make my family feel unsafe. - bedsheet were dirty, towels black stained. - moles in linen. - dirt everywhere - toilet was broken
Literally nothing. I have been travelling across US since 15 years, staying in multiple different motels and this one was for sure the worst experience ever. Keep away!

That they have no wheelchair accessible rooms even though they post that they have disability accessible rooms. When a Refund was requested they lied several times that they sent my confirmation email when they never did.

The noise all night from people knocking on doors. Appeared to be drug dealing and prostitution going on. When I mentioned it to the check-in person all he could say was, yeah. Also, when I mentioned the lights in the lot were off, he thought it was funny but did turn them on.

Microwave looked like it had never been cleaned. Less than half a roll of toilet paper. Rude front desk person. Garbage everywhere outside. Noise and loud music in the parking lot all night. Stains on sheets and bedding.

People knocking on doors all night. I believe it was drug dealers using rooms to deal. Traffic in then out all night up until 5AM. Notified the front desk and all he said was, yeah.
Plenty of parking but that doesn’t make up for the rest of the going on.

Front receptionist most possibly of India decent whole entire family was there, so it seemed. The smell of their cooking aroma was everywhere, not my favorite smell to say the least.
