Took ten minutes to get someone to check me in, card had to be reprogrammed the next day , beds were very uncomfortable

They charged my card for the full price before I checked in without warning me that all they had left were smoking rooms. I did not request a smoking room. The bathroom door was falling apart, the air conditioner air filter and bathroom fan were filthy, the hallway carpet was worn and stained, the hallway garbage was constantly overflowing, and no amount of running the air conditioning could get the humidity down. I was having a problem with my credit card so I couldn't leave and book another room elsewhere, otherwise I would have taken a video of what a disappointment it was and left, attempting to get refund via this ap later. All that being what it is, I actually feel bad saying all of that because the family running the business genuinely seemed like nice people.
The price and location are excellent. The family that runs it were kind and polite.

No swimming pool. No coffee in room.
The property is close to the Navy Base where we needed to be for our grandsons graduation from boot camp. Beds were comfy and linens were clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They have a great space for dogs.

I left the room cleaner than I found it. A pet must have traveled with the last person who stayed in the room... the floor was not cleaned well, resulting in my socks and insides of my shoes smelling of urine (getting the urine out was a real pain when I got home). Otherwise it was decent. The poor cleaning of the room was the only real issue.

No locks on external hotel doors. External didn't even close properly. Card reader on second door not being used. Doors unlocked at all times. Anyone from the street could have walked right in. Thin mattress on platform bed. Small pillows. No blow dryer. Bar soap only. Hallways smell like pot. No water pressure in shower.
Not the worst place I have ever stayed but far from the best.

There was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling due to moisture build up in the bathroom from the exshaust fan. Random stains on the sheets and walls. Pool: was one, but has since been filled in with concrete and staff didn't know if there was one or not when calling to confirm.....

I saw a cockroach and the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling.
It was a good sized room and the beds were comfortable. I liked having a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Where do I start; first thing they advertise an outdoor seasonal pool. It has been cemented in. Orur bedding had burn holes in it. People going in and out slamming doors all through out the night. And it was just over priced. That's no more than a 50 dollar a night room.
Wasn't really anything I liked accept it wasn't that far from six flags

It wasn't clean properly, housekeeping been there one time just to empty garbage haven't had clean towels since I been there. Had problems with the door key.
