Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

If you have a hard time navigating stairs….be sure to ask for first level room. The are two levels but must take stairs to access second floor. Not big deal but may be problem for some.
Although the outside is dated, the rooms were the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in a long time. The staff were super friendly as well. Location was close to where i needed to be (Women of Joy conference at LeConte Center). Great girl’s weekend for my daughter and I.

Nice motel near Dollywood and Smokey Mountains National Park. Rooms are spacious, very clean and have everything you need (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc.). Many parking lots available and secured. Staff is helpful and very friendly. Free donuts, cookies and popcorn available at the office :)

We just slept here so we didn't really use any of the extras like the pool. I can only give my review on the room and the staff.
We traveled 3 hours to visit Dollywood and rather than travel 3 hours back home in the same day we decided to get a cheap room to stay in. The reviews for this motel were great so we gave it a try. The rooms were super clean and the donuts, cookies, and popcorn were a sweet touch! The donuts were brought in fresh each morning from Krispy Kreme. The staff was also very friendly. We would stay here again.

Everything. The location was perfect, it was in the middle of everything in Pigeon Forge. The room was nice and clean, beds where comfortable, and the staff was so nice! Wil definitely be staying here again!

Bed wasn’t very comfortable, key had a tag with hotel name and room number-if lost, someone could have found it and been able to enter the room

Great location to easily get around pigeon forge, sevierville, and gatlinburg. Very friendly staff, and really nice room for the price. Will stay with them again next time I take a trip out that way.

Mattress's are worn and need replaced. Our shower head was very old and needed replaced. Our original room had no water to the toilet. manager came out and it was due to renovations in room below us. He mentioned he would give us some off our bill since we had to change rooms. Bill was not adjusted when I paid the bill.
Staff was very courteous. Excellent location.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was great and pleasant. The room looked more like a cabin instead of a motel room. I liked that the colors of the room was more relaxed instead of bright colors

The place is a little older, so the lighting in the bathroom was great. It's a nice place to stay, but may be too sparse for some folks.
Great price. It was close to where I needed to be. The room was clean. Check in and out were easy. Had snacks available in the lobby.

Coffee pot too small, bathroom door worn and splintered. Televison small.
Location is great, close to shopping, restaurants, attractions. Room clean and comfortable. Nice size room, bed comfortable and nice, hot shower with great water pressure.
