I ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night. Was pretty surprised there wasn’t an extra roll in there. I had to cancel the last day, last minute. They only refunded me 75 out of the $125 a night (60%).

Location and room was perfect for us. Comfortable large room, reading area, beds & linens, good hot water showers, and a restaurant/bar/pizza place on site! Stores and restaurants close by. Super nice people were very accommodating to our needs. It was much appreciated as we ended up staying 13 days! Thank you! We will be back! Highly recommend!

A basic, large , clean motel room, no staff on site, lockbox takes a minute to figure out but works well. Intended for for winter sports, and I'd say excellent for that purpose, we used it for overnight on a long trip, works, but only one restaurant nearby which served basic pub food - we had the pizza which was excellent. Prices for both restaurant (attached) and room were very reasonable.

This lodge was excellent. The room was clean which is first and foremost. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. We were happy with the way we could check in at our own convenience. Enjoyed the stay and hope to return again in the future.

Timed heating lamp in bathroom didn't seem to work. It was manageable, but given the arctic blast it would have been nice.

We were given Room 1 and it was very spacious for our family of 3. Loved it!

The TV cable box is broken so there was no tv There was only one small trash can and no desk lamps to see to read by n the lounge chairs Light bulb was burned out in the shower The half and half in the fridge was old and curdled the coffee .

The rug must’ve been shampooed before we arrived because it was wet the whole time. Not just in spots. But it was clean.

There was no walk-in shower. The tub was difficult to get in and out of.

The food in the restaurant was excellent. The location was perfect for the reason us being up there.

Be aware there is no office on site. You'll need to get your room key from a lockbox and call a cell number if you need anything.

Our room was huge, and had a view of a pond. The restaurant has re-opened and the food there was good. One of our light bulbs burned out and someone came to fix it quickly.

The motel didn’t have a clearly indicated place to check in. There was a bar adjacent to the restaurant (which was closed), and a person there told us where our room was. I think the hotel was just short-handed. The staff in the bar was very courteous and helpful.

There was a restaurant on site and the food was good. Breakfast was not included with the room.

it’s remote ( must be a winter hotel as the ski mountain is close by, but it was on our off the beaten path route.

huge room. comfy bed! the outside property needs more attention. we were dismayed upon arrival but the interior was well cared for. the host worked with us via phone and all of our requests were readily granted . Bigham’s restaurant , about 5 miles away, is a definite must place to eat.-made our stay! desserts are 5 stars!

Newly renovated room with awesome comfortable beds, great hot water showers, and a spacious room with seating/reading area for two. Restaurant/bar/pizza on-site. Good food, great staff, and drinks. We even got live music one night! The owner Frank and staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We stayed almost 2 weeks and will be back again! Restaurants, gas, nail salon, convenient stores all close by. Thank you so much, Frank!
